Attempted to take an outfit to this location. They don't do cleaning or pressing on-site, takes 4 days. Then I went to Green Cleaners a couple blocks away who can do it in two hours and appears to have everything needed to do dry cleaning. I don't recommend this Susanna's place. I needed alterations to a chiffon bridesmaid dress. Susanna did such a great job, I'm recommending her to anyone who needs alterations. The dress needed shortening of the hemline by several inches and taking in the center back, on either side of a zipper. I did one fitting wearing the shoes and undergarments I would wear on the wedding day. Susanna was able to do the fitting while managing other clients who came into her shop, and I never felt unattended. We agreed to a pick up time and I paid for the alterations. Everything was ready on the pickup day, but I did not have time to try the dress on in store. The day of the wedding, the dress fit amazingly- I've never had a garment fit so well! I am very satisfied with the work Susanna did, and while the alteration fee was more than I expected, it was worth every penny. read more

This lady is a scammer! She did service for me 10 times the same patch for $30 each. I sent a young man that is a boxer and gave him the $60 for 2 patches (same as earlier patches) on his boxing shorts. I gave him the $60 and she changed price in him to $85 because she said different patch. It was exact same patch's, I am embarrassed she did this to this very nice young. The option of Zelle paying is a quick and easy option. Another plus is they can do alterations! Though it was a little hard to find, it is well worth the search. Didn't have many to drop off and she charged my wife $140+ (Overpriced) by time I got my blazers and dress clothes back, I noticed most of my shirts still were dirty and smelled like they came out of my dirty clothes bin still, truly don't believe she cleaned them at all! On top of that she gave us a time frame to pick them up, by time we picked them up she said they weren't ready. I had a suit that was just slightly too large. I had an MBA conference coming up in the Fall of 2019 and needed this suit tailored in less than 2 weeks. I stopped by Men's Warehouse and they couldn't get it done in less then 3 weeks and wanted nearly $200 for all the tailoring. I brought it to Susanna's and she had it done in less than a week for substantially less. The suit fit perfect and I looked great for the conference. This Owner, Susanna, shows only (two) $$ indicating that it's a reasonably priced alteration and dry cleaners shop. In fact, it's so outrageously expensive!!!She wanted me to pay $388.00 for 9 pieces of clothing to be altered. I was so taken aback when she quoted my price of $388.00 that I gathered up my clothes and was about to walk out, just before I did, she screamed obscene and nasty words at me in Spanish because she was so angry that she had spent 30 minutes or so on a fitting with me, (my time is valuable too) and I wasn't about to spend $388.00 for only 9 items to be altered! Plus only 5 were just to have new button holes and buttons! So, that was only 4 items remaining. To be fair, one item was a blazer, it needed to be shortened in length and the sleeves shortened as well. But, get this, she wanted $120 for that one piece alone! 2 pants hemmed, and last was a top that the straps needed taken up. Am I wrong here? Isn't this just a bit overpriced for 9 pieces?? Especially considering 5 blouses just needed button holes and a button sewn on! Today, the machine does all that for you! It's not like she's doing that by hand like years ago!! So now, I went to great place I found where I took these same clothes (9 pieces) plus 5 more articles of clothing, and here they will dry clean and/or press 6 of them for a total of $186.60. That's a total of 14 pieces of clothing! I felt badly for walking away, not something I do often but very happy I did leave now! And Susanna, you shouldn't scream cuss words at or to your customers! Regardless who they are or what the circumstances are! Learn to control your temper or you won't have a business! I think these other reviews that have 5 stars must be written by family and friends!
