We went to Links for a Sunday breakfast. Fast service, however I found the prices rather high. It was a bit loud as being Sunday morning. The menu is rather small, and 16 dollars for an omelette is way too much, plus it doesn't even come with potatoes or fruit as a side. It was just an average omelette. We asked for a substitute pancake instead of a toast, but still, we ended up sharing the omelette due to the prices. My plate had a chip and I'm not sure if the server saw it. Great food. Great service. Good ambiance. Ridiculous and unnecessary "delivery fee" added to my bill and I dined there! The $0.48 charge is so petty that I give them a one star. The amount isn't the issue, it's the fact there is an add on to have the server bring my food to me. I'll get up myself and grab it next time. Maybe they charged the delivery fee because I are on their patio. I have no idea. Regardless, I left a 28% tip ($5). It's not the servers' fault the owner is petty. read more

Super tasty veggie hash! Those sweet potatoes, though... man, oh man. And I swear I wasn't gonna start drinking at church-time Sunday morning, but the bartender brought that strawberry mimosa over by accident, and I just had to follow up on that... But really, the pancakes were too DIE for. Just the right texture--not too fluffy and thick, perfectly dense, like those sour-cream recipes. And I'm pretty sure that was legit maple syrup too. Serious point of contention though, it totally didn't live up to my expectations for 10am on Sunday... we were seated as soon as we walked in the door! My favorite thing to do when trying a new restaurant is to order a few items to share with the family. That way, we can taste a little bit of everything to gauge how much we like the food. We ordered the Links Breakfast Sandwich, Sourdough Waffle, Links Smash Burger, and the Fried Chicken Sandwich. My husband also ordered a mocha and I tried the Strawberry Açai refresher. We opted for carry out. The order was ready in 30 minutes and still hot when we got home to eat. The mocha was gone before even making it home. The refresher was just that, refreshing and not too sweet. The Links Breakfast Sandwich: it's customizable. We opted for sourdough bread, scrambled egg, bacon and cheddar cheese. There was a hint of spicy that added an unexpected surprise to each bite. Both my 7 and 9 year old loved it so it wasn't too spicy. I'd love to try it with a sunny side up egg - I mean, come on, that runny yoke with the toasted sourdough and hint of spice. Yes, please. The Sourdough Waffle: absolute perfection. Links Smash Burger: cooked perfectly, juicy and flavorful. Quality meat and garden fresh tomatoes. The half sour pickles were the cherry on the sundae. The Fried Chicken Sandwich: the pièce de résistance! Absolutely amazing. Chef James used hand breaded juicy chicken thighs, topped with those glorious half sour pickles and some fancy looking micro greens. It truly was a work of art. My daughter even tried mooching our portion for herself. I'd love to see a chef's special combining the chicken thighs and sourdough waffle *hint hint* Pricing is more than reasonable when you consider that everything is freshly prepared and locally sourced. I stopped by Links this morning. It is in a newer little business area between a housing development and a Big Box District. The place is really cute and my breakfast sandwich was delicious, fresh and hot. I noticed they have espresso's also! I say go give your locals some money and stop in. Service was great too!! The food was amazing. They said they more recently got a chef, hadn't had the food before then but our food was great. Chicken and waffles and the hash was delicious. The service was slightly slow but our waitress was very nice and interacted with us. Update, went back during their busy time and the wait for food and drinks was ridiculous. It took roughly 20 mins for our drinks to come out and over 40 mins for our food. My wife and I went for breakfast one day and the classic bennie was incredible and the service was great. We have since gone back three times. Once on our own, once with an old friend and today with our daughter. The first return had the same wonderful breakfast, although it took some time to have it presented to us. The second return with our visiting friend was a disastrous experience. We ordered bloody mary's and they were awful. It was like they were trying to make their own mix with tomato juice that did not turn out well. The morning started with a quick greeting and seating. We received some waters and then waited a good ten minutes before our server introduced himself. We ordered our meals and some drinks to have while we anxiously awaited our food. We finished the drinks, we finished our water and waited. And we waited. It had to be at least another 15 minutes for water refills and another 20 for food. Our entire breakfast had taken more than an hour. We'd expect more for a more than $100 breakfast for three. This morning we decided one more chance after Jimmy's was packed (understandably so since it's such a great local staple breakfast!). We ordered some sodas and breakfast. Two orders of original bennies and the French toast special we were offered. It took nearly 50 minutes to receive our breakfast dishes. The hollandaise sauce was cold and a bit more sour than I'd expect. The English muffin below the ham and egg was wet and mushy. One could tell it had sat in the window for some time far too long before being brought to us. The French toast presented well and was good. It was very disappointing to have such a lackluster meal, for such proud pricing and spending that much time to wait for it. It was certainly our last time visiting that establishment. We'll wait for a table as the overflowing Jimmys, Flips or Stacks - get better service and meals - and be done still sooner than we sat inside Links. read more

Others ordered chicken and waffle or waffle and bacon. The waffles were crispy and yummy. Three of us ordered mimosas - both the strawberry and orange were great. Our first visit. Greeted by masked staff, spaced out tables, hand sanitizer available and a request on the door to please wear a mask when not dining. The staff was professional and polite. The menu is varied and not the "same ol', same ol'" breakfast fare. We tried the Links Classic, Wild Mushroom Toast, and Deviled Eggs (combo of the 2 kinds). Everything was delicious and sure seemed to be locally sourced and fresh. The sambal on the Bacon-Chive deviled eggs is not for the faint of heart on the spice-o-meter. The hash browns in the Links Classic were astonishly crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and not greasy. Amazing! Honestly, the whole grain bread for the toast was some of the best we've had. The mimosa (it's the weekend, after all) was crisp and refreshing. The old adage "you get what you pay for" rings true here. We will return! read more

Cute little place off Utica Ridge that is real close to work. I frequent there often because it's so close and so good! It's a little pricey but worth it. I have tried several menu items but I always go back to the Cuban. It's the best I've had. They have AMAZING homemade chips and the homemade ranch is to die for! Highly Recommend! read more

First time here, the acoustics were loud in the dining room. We both ordered the classic which we both thought was over priced for a regular 2 egg, toast, meat and tater breakfast. My bacon had great flavor (cooked very crispy). My eggs were cooked just the right way. For the toast, they only had strawberry jelly which hubby is allergic too. I loved the burger with the homemade chips. I had difficultly with my order and had thought that I only said bacon pickles and onion only but I guess not. I had my first burger come out with cheese on it and told them I tried to explain my allergy where it was only to the extent of cheese and milk but two of the waitresses came out and asked if it was a full on allergy. My mom saved me with my order and told them I was lactose intolerant. I'm sorry for the confusion with my order and I'm hard of hearing and that masks are a big obstacle!
