Most surprisingly was the medical assistant who yelled profanities at me while taking my X-Ray. He would scream and overall came off as very pissed off and aggressive. (Manhandled & basically physically moved me) I didn't care for this as my primary objective was to figure out why my lungs were experiencing pain. I do not know what this person would do, and I felt to a certain extent - abused by him. Medical professionals are also supposed to make you feel welcomed and supported through your health issues. However, this was not shown at all through my visit. The woman, who eventually came in to the room didn't seem happy at all. In conclusion, I hated this experience. The people here seem to think that they can behave however they want. There's no point in pursuing a medical career if you can't be fucking respectful. Mind you, I'm not even an adult and this is how they treat people.

Dr. Gustafson himself has been understanding, logical and beyond kind when all illnesses and situations have descended upon myself. While his quiet demeanor does mask his personality at times, never has he not done the right thing for myself. Dr. Gustafson medical knowledge can not be questioned as he has always tracked down resolution for any and all of my issues with his care and compassion standing out. Numerous times has Dr.G called me at night and weekends after receiving test results late in the day or evenings. More than that, I always felt every single time I went that Dr Brown has a real care and empathy for his patients. Understandably, I was nervous and the prep you need to do before it quite uncomfortable and long, however it's absolutely necessary for the procedure. When I got there, I checked in and was able to do so quickly and efficiently. Plus, I wasn't even waiting all that long to be seen. After getting undressed and hooked up to the IV, they started fluids and vitals, and before I knew it I was being wheeled into the operating room. They gave me anesthesia and the next thing I remember was waking up, where they immediately came to check on me and give me some water. The discharge was fairly easily, and I felt completely comfortable and safe with them. Would recommend!

They took walk-ins that didn't seem very urgent, before seeing people with appointments. It was absurd. (I am T1D and got there early because my blood sugar was dropping. I needed to go get a meal. If I'd realized it would be such a wait, I'd have stopped to eat first. Actually, I'd have gone to a different urgent care. Why make appointments if they're not going to make any effort to honor them?)
