Here, you have a place serving primarily Asian food, and they're serving white rice that had to have been a couple of days old. It was dry, hard, and clumped together in a way that is not the normal for Asian-cooked white rice. None of the food was labeled, so I only had my eyes to judge what I was eating. Meh. Ate here today. Will say, very unimpressed. We'd been waiting to try this place since it opened. From the moment we walked in the whole experience was disappointing. The young woman at the first counter was standoffish, didn't explain anything, didn't communicate, didn't even ask the ages of kids, just assumed they were all adults. Asked if we wanted soda or water and then held out her hand to be paid. We had to ask a second time how much it even was. ($95 for five buffet lunches and four sodas) Sodas were served in small plastic cups and were supposed to come with refills. Refills were few and far between and had to be asked for repeatedly. Food wise... well... it was 'eh'. It seemed most of it was either cold and undercooked to the point of being unpalatable (shrimp, spring rolls, dumplings, etc) or overcooked, dry and chewy and barely edible. I will say the Mongolian BBQ was at least okay. At least you know what you got there was fresh and cooked properly. It was cooked in front of you to order. Oh! And the ice cream was good! Dinner 2/14/21 buffet was mobbed due to Valentines Day. All the PRICES were raised and there were no food specials added. When I paid I did not order any drinks other than WATER for our table......Looked at check and I was charged over 10.00 for soft drinks I NEVER ORDERED. Absolutely disgusting! I should of known it was going to be a bad experience when the worker looked at me crazy for saying I'd like water and a soda. Almost all of the food seemed like it was sitting out for hours, there wasn't a pan that seemed remotely fresh. They had a pregnant server girl doing all the work (which she was very sweet) , customers were constantly asking for food some guy asked if they were going to have wings out and the worker ignored him the first 2 times he asked. I decided to order from this establishment since it is right down the street. The food was delivered. The sweet and sour chicken had NO sweet and sour sauce. The beef and broccoli was almost inedible. They sent no condiments, I guess you now have to request soy sauce and sweet and sour sauce. Always looking for a good ethnic restaurant, and Oriental is one of my favorites.We went last night was our first visit, and on the good note they handled the social distancing very well. The place is very clean, and they work to keep it that way. The food was average at best, A lot of variety but only some of it was good. I'll give it the benefit of the doubt as they are very new. I thought the atmosphere was lacking. The dining set up was confusing with little privacy at tables. They used paper plates which defeated the purpose, being strewn out for the public to breathe on. Went there for Fathers Day Buffet at 3PM yesterday, June 20th. The place was packed to the gills. Kids running around unsupervised. Had to use small paper plates, plastic silverware and plastic cup. This was not acceptable. I don't care if we were under Covid 19 protocol or not. Very disappointed in the service. Had to ask for water refills several times. Nobody ever came by to collect dirty dishes, etc. The hot and sour soup was very spicy which I liked but others in our party did not. Many have not spoken of this restaurant well. As a career food service manager, chef and foodie, I think this place has fresh good food. (I was there on Nov. 17th 2021). The restaurant is very clean and the Covid expectations were clearly stated and followed by the guests for the most part. The food wasn't greasy. It was basic Asian food one would expect to get from a regular Chinese restaurant. I had the mixed veggies, broccoli, a few pieces of General Tso and Orange Chicken, Lo Mein, fried rice, cheese puffs, string beans and the desserts. The apple and peach turnovers were my favorite although the lemon cake was pretty good as well. Now, all I need to find out is how consistent they are with the freshness and cleanliness of the establishment. I hope I'm not disappointed. I will definitely be back. read more

Went for lunch today with my wife, the buffet for two with one soda was $24.93 a little pricey for lunch especially when you buy lunch every day. The place is very big and very clean but the food to me was very bland. I took one piece of each chicken and some beef and a shrimp, enough to cover my plate and after eating there was nothing I cared to go back for more. I decided to try the Mongolian barbecue section and that was a disaster. The cook was not only cooking my food but he was baking rolls and filling containers of sauce. When I got my plate of food it was burnt beyond recognition. Needless to say I did not eat that so I had a bowl of egg drop soup which was very hot and delicious. The server kept our drinks full and was quick to clear away the dirty dishes. I might also add they supply gloves to use when getting your food and they have paper plates and plastic forks and spoons for the food. No real dishes or silverware is used. read more

I am writing this in behalf of my mom, dad, and brother who went here earlier tonight (I didn't go because I had take out earlier). Was very upset that my brother came home sick, and my mom and dad with not a good experience. The pizza he ate, was apparently like cold dough, not even cooked. He threw up in a bush and had to be rushed home. My mom also bit into a cold spring-roll, and was grossed out. I have autism and an extremely high anxiety about food, and it is really upsetting to hear someone, especially my brother, being food poisoned. Please avoid this place!
