    Chicken lo mein
    Spencer S.

In a strip center. Order at the register. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Some indoor seating if you want to eat there, but I got my order to go. Casual atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Took a long time to prepare (or at least longer than I thought it should take), but was happy with the output. Chicken lo mein had a generous portion and was great tasting! Reasonable pricing at around $12 including tax and small tip as of Nov 2025.

Egg foo young, sesame beef, seafood & veggies, General Tso, & pan fried noodles w/brown sauce topped with meat & vegetables.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a solid place that is primary a "to go" place with a small amount of seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff is friendly. Since moving here from Southern California, we've been trying to find an excellent Chinese food place like the one we had in Irvine and we have also found in Reno. This isn't on the top list, but the food was nicely prepared and the flavors are good. The white rice was very tasty! My favorite of our dishes was the egg foo young which we've been warming up and eating for breakfast. We ordered: Egg foo young General Tao (dark meat which we appreciate, but could use more sauce) Sesame beef (a little chewy) Seafood & veggies in a white sauce Pan fried noodles with meat & Veggies in brown sauce

A take out bag saturated with oil from the fried rice container that leaked.

The owners need to spend some more time here to stop these kids they hired from running their business into the ground. The food is usually very good. But last time I had the greasiest egg rolls I've ever bit into. Literally dripping with excess oil. This time it was the fried rice. The container tipped over inside the bag and I thought my soup container leaked, nope it was grease that spilled out of the rice container. The whole bag was saturated with oil. When I called to let them know how dissatisfied I was, I was told "we're really sorry sir, sometimes it just comes out like that"...hah!! Disappointing to say the least. I wasn't looking for anything for free. I was trying to give them some constructive feedback so I can continue being a loyal customer. They couldn't care less. The general tso chicken tasted old and reheated. The wonton soup was good. The rest went in the trash. Well...I can check this place off my usual take out rotation.

I had high hopes, but this place didn't quite meet them. The food just wasn't the quality that I was expecting. The homemade wonton soup was pretty good, I'd try it again, but everything else just wasn't great. The steamed white rice was soggy, and the quality of beef in the main entree was not really to my liking. Maybe I just chose a bad entree, I will try it again and get chicken this time. The vegetable spring roll was very greasy. But the place is a "TO-GO ONLY" place, and the woman taking my order was very nice. [[HIGHLIGHT]]So many people coming and going, so something must be good here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]].

    Sesame chicken

Ordered two sesame chickens online, paid the extra $4 to get white meat. Within few bites, we both found each had dried/chewy chicken and lacked flavor. Both ended up in the trash within a few bites. Off night? Disappointed and money

THIS is always our go to. Closest to New York Chinese food you can get! So flavorful and always made to order. The service is quick and customer service is quick to fix any issues. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a quaint little spot with a small dining area with cute little glass dining sets and a wall bar seating area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very clean and happy environment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This place is family owned, so you can expect personal service every time. YELPies... THIS spot is a definite must try. We do twice a month.

    Dead Food

Asian Station Chinese Food in Ellsworth? Its a complete frustration. The Chef Special General Tso was horrible--a solid ball of corn flour pretending to be beef, completely inedible and disgusting. I called--no one picked up, and when I went back, I was ridiculously told to bring the food back. The staff is incompetent, the service is nonexistent, and the entire place is a scam and a disgrace. Save your money, your taste buds, and your sanity--never, ever go to Asian Station.

Chicken lo main and beef and Roast Pork with Broccoli

I do not usually leave reviews but this place is amazing!! We ordered the chicken lo mein, the beef and broccoli and the crab wontons! It was so all so delicious and the portions were huge!! So affordable too we will definitely be back :)

For years I have driven 25 minutes for takeout and never regretted it. High decor -No, limited selections -No, quiet -No, great food -Absolutely, incredibly friendly and pleasant staff -100%. Our typical order is a large General Chicken with extra sauce and Malaysian fun chow. The general chicken is perfectly breaded, deliciously flavored, slight bite and an uncious taste making you want more. The Malaysian fun chow has wok fried wide rice noodles with a hint of char, shrimp, bean sprouts, onions, veggies and a light but savory taste. Another home run! Don't let the exterior or inside decor persuade your judgement. Hands down the staff is second to none and the food is fabulous. Asian Cafe Express is an incredible value for the food quality and portion size. Trust me, if you give them a shot, you will also be ordering here for years. To the staff, fabulous job and thanks!

A Mesa Asian District Gem Worth Seeking Out…read more Asian Cafe Express is a lovely strip mall gem near H-Mart in Mesa's Asian District, and after 21 years in business, it clearly has a loyal following for good reason. We brought in a fresh lobster from H-Mart to try their "bring your own seafood" cooking option and chose the garlic onion stir fry preparation. It's $14.99 for anything under 2 lbs and $7.50/lbs for anything over. It came out excellent, served over crispy egg noodles with classic Asian flavors and plenty of wok-fired goodness. We also enjoyed the Peking pork ribs, which were deboned, tasty, and slightly sweet; the stir-fried green beans, which were fresh and well prepared; and the garlic spicy chicken wings, which were especially flavorful and highly recommended. The red bean drinks were traditional and satisfying, with soft, nicely soaked mung beans and no milk. Service was friendly, efficient, and personal, handled by a couple of ladies who clearly know the restaurant and their customers well. While we were there, plenty of regulars came in for takeout and several tables were happily dining in. Overall, we really enjoyed Asian Cafe Express and were surprised we had not stopped in sooner. Highly recommend, especially for the "bring your own seafood" cooking option and the garlic spicy wings. We will definitely be back.

Chow fun had the wok hay ( wok air that makes food taste good) and thick slices of velveted beef slices. The spicy is mild overall with a light chili spice on initial bite. It fades, so the dipping sauce was nice to have with it. The Xiao Long Bao were the winners of thee meal and would be why I go back. Easy to eat and tasty. I only wish the soup inside was a bit hotter. The Chicken Sheng Jian Bao was good, but the breading a little thicker than I personally like. This felt more like a dessert with the sesame bottom. Good taste, just heavy. Felt like we were rushed a bit and we're asked several times if we were done. There were empty tables, so that knocked it from the higher 3.5 side to the lower. Yelp is a flat star rating.
