I was convinced I was going to have to drop several grand to replace my 10-year-old Room & Board sofa. He came in, diagnosed the issue immediately, and did a professional foam reinforcement and spring repair that has the couch sitting like it's *brand new* again. Beyond the work, he was a pleasure to deal with. He even took the time to look at a neighbor's custom furniture repair while he was here and gave them solid, friendly advice on how to save their money. No high-pressure sales from this dude.
