They confirm the upcoming appointment and alert you when the technician is actually on the road en route to your home. They photograph everything before and after, even the inside of the ductwork going up to the roof and the inside of the dryer. The technician went up on the roof to make sure the flap baffle is properly sealed and working correctly and cleaned. Extremely careful and respectful about the interior and exterior of the house while he is working. I've done this work myself in other houses we've owned and I can say it's a great value for the money! And trustworthy: after the initial service they performed, we scheduled for the following year, which was the service he did today.
