I would highly recommend that you double check that everything is fully functioning correctly before being left at party location. Especially for the amount of money these are rented out for, the customer should have a full functioning unit especially when you have about 100 guest and now you only have one stall that works. I did mention it to the guys picking up the unit the next morning and they seemed to be aware of the door issue already but apparently it was never fixed prior to the drop off. There was a sign in there that said "pull to lock", but that didn't fix the problem. Wish I would have seen it ahead of time.
