Ricardo quickly diagnosed the problem and worked with Snyder Diamond and, ultimately, the faucet manufacturer to get the correct replacement cartridge. Once I saw how thorough and efficient he was, I asked him to tackle a few other projects while he was here. He performed the annual maintenance on our three tankless water heaters, replaced the worn components in three Toto toilets that have had chronic running issues after flushing, and fixed two leaking faucets that seemed to decide to act up at exactly the same time. Every job was completed quickly, and everything has worked perfectly since. What impressed me most wasn't just that Ricardo knew what he was doing. It was how efficiently he worked. He diagnosed problems quickly, came prepared, and got everything taken care of without wasting time. Today, we have a fully functioning shower, three serviced water heaters, toilets that no longer run, and faucets that don't leak.
