The owners do a great job of making sure they have the latest and greatest AND all the classic pieces you need. I deal with chronic pain due to multiple injuries to my wrist. She told me how the unit has helped her with back issues, so I was sold on it. It helps immensely with the pain and swelling I suffer daily. The counter staff has been constantly helpful and friendly, always willing to help out in anyway they can. Karli, Gabby, and Destiny are truly top-notch staff. I enjoy coming in daily to their smiling faces and asking how the day has been going, etc. Perhaps the best part of the investment I've made at the gym is the personalized training plan and workout classes with Danielle. She was very helpful in setting up the plan and was eager to accommodate the chronic pain issues. The energy and positivity she brings into the rooms when she teaches class is contagious and makes even the most difficult of exercises and sessions breeze by. She is a great source of encouragement on those days when I am dragging and don't really feel like working out. I appreciate having the support in the gym, especially with the steep goal I have set for myself. If I had one complaint, it would be the music. I don't know how people can get motivated to work out to poppy music. It's distracting at best. If I had one request, I would ask that the trainers, or even members, working in the isolated areas like the PF 360 or 30 Minute Circuit be allowed to bring in their own music, kept a reasonable volume, to have some good music to pump to.

Careca and Jeff were very instrumental in me understanding the gym and how I can maximize my membership. They always greet me when I see them and are open to answering any questions that I may have. Jeff also did my fitness analysis and helped me learn about myself on a musculoskeletal level and gave me recommendations on how I can strengthen and tone my body and letting me know what exercises would be best for me while on my fitness journey. I was so inspired that I decided to get a personal trainer. Careca suggested Jordan. Having Jordan as my personal trainer is by far the best decision that I have ever made, fitness wise. He holds me accountable and he encourages me to test my physical limits. Even on the days that he is not training me, if he sees me in the gym, he will ask me what type of routine I am completing on that day and if I am trying something new, he will ask me how comfortable or confident I am during that session. I could not have asked for a better trainer! In the Kids' Club staff is so fantastic! My kids look forward to coming to the gym with me because of how kind and caring Keren, Jamal, Kyndall, and Laina are! The kids always come out with some type of arts and crafts creation and there are toys and games that the kids play with in the open space to keep them active! Some other highlights are the sauna and the recovery room. This location also has an assisted stretching section. I plan on trying it one day. And it is a 24-hour gym! I waited 7 days before I reached out. It's now been 18 days. No response via email from the gym manager or the regional manager after 2 emails. I expected at least a ChatGPT response...but nothing. Now I'm forced to pay to cancel or try to work out somewhere I don't feel safe. If they know he's a problem, why do they continue to let him harass women AND how many other men are walking around the gym having done this because there are no consequences? In response to Cameren Strickler: There's no need for me to reach out a third time when you haven't even responded to the first 2 emails I sent. You have all my contact information. If you were truly interested in rectifying the situation, you could have easily done so by now. So I'm just out of $140 and have to find a gym that better manages incidents on their property.
