Then another guy started helping him.. Did not show for weeks.. Pool turned green again and Patrick had to drain it AGAIN. This year was the final straw. We have been telling Patrick since May that the pool is turning green. We got excuses that he just got a big account in Orange County and has been busy. Oh he will be by tomorrow... Never showed. FINALLY our pool is a murky bog and Patrick shows cleans the filter and leaves. This does nothing so he has to drain it. Which he did and then never came back. That was a week ago. We have tried to multiple times to get ahold of him. Pool is now stained and needs acid washed. I am very disappointed with this service. And will not be requiring his services any further. I would love to tell him that but considering he cant return a message I guess I'll stop holding my breath about him showing up.

In any event I had what was thought to be a simple leak as the critter(s) chewed up a bit of my plumbing. Upon initial inspection Clark gave me what I thought was a very fair estimate. When he came out to fix my spa the problem was worse than expected. Not only did the critters cause more damage than initially thought it was a nasty mess underneath the spa. Clark went above and beyond to try to fix the problems but in the end I paid $500 to still have a spa that does not work! Although Clark is a very nice guy I worked with him in good faith and he promised to have the spa lifted, the leaks found, the spa lowered and then tested until each leak was fixed. This did not happen as he did not have adequate staff to perform this level of labor. In addition, there was a nasty mess left in my back yard, screws to my paneling all over the ground, cans from refreshments I provided left on my lawn and the paneling to my spa was left undone. As the job grew in scope the level of Clark and his staffs efforts left a lot to be desired! I guess, if the job is not a difficult one he is your guy but towards the end there were many missed appointments, a mess was left, the job was not finished and I still do not have an operational spa :( VERY DISSATISIFIED and I paid a lot of money for the pleasure! I guess in short, if the job is too big or if he did not have experience solving the level of work required he should have not taken the job!

I hired Tony to draw up plans for a pool for submission to Riverside county for a permit. He…read morecompletely misrepresented himself -he said he had a lot of experience drafting plans and was very familiar with the permit process. But he turned out to be totally incompetent and caused months long delay because he had no clue. I made the mistake of paying him upfront. Every time I would call to ask whether he had completed the plans he would tell me he was very busy with other work. He made it seem like he was doing me a favor. He is a cheat, foul mouthed and truly appalling individual. Don't make the mistake of hiring him.

Tony seemed very trustworthy during the initial meeting. Although I'm okay but not 100% satisfied…read morewith the finished product, I am not pleased having to babysit the whole project making sure his contractors was attentive to my project. Tony recommended IAqualink automation for my pool. Once installed, Tony or his team did not know how it operates and I had to look at YouTube videos to figure it out. His contractors installed the pool equipment but never connected it to the pool to make sure it all worked and to explain to me how to use it. Tony seemed to show up to collect money. He never did quality control check considering he was not there when his contractors did the work. When his team did the grading, they removed a lot of dirt from my yard leaving me to go far beyond my budget installing retainer walls around my yard. Tony and his team never connected the heater to my pool and I had to contact him several times to have the gas terminated to the heater. Once that was done, I had to contact Tony multiple times because the heater wouldn't come on or connect to the IAqualink system app to my phone. Tony eventually had the manufacturer to come out to trouble shoot the issue just to find out it was just a switch on the heater in the wrong position. The fix was easy but once again Tony and his team didn't know how to deal with the Jandy and IAqualink equipment that he recommended and installed. At this point, the rep from Jandy informed me that I need to call the gas company to install a larger gas meter. As I contacted Tony to make the final repairs and quality control, he would always tell me that the person who did the tile (Omar, who is by the way great!) Would take care of it. When I spoke to Omar, he wasn't aware that his services was once again offered. This showed me that the two of them was not communicating. When I pressed Tony to have his guys come out and complete the pebble stone, he mentioned that his contractors had other priorities as if my job was not priority. Overall, I think that if Tony is the foreman ensuring that the job is built to his standards he should be at the jobsite ensuring that his contractors is working according to his standards. The IAqualink system should operate the water spill from the spa but of course in order to do so it will need another pump that should have been captured in the original design. I can even operate my vacuum from the IAqualink system or set on a timer. Concrete and construction paper were left in the auto fill and skimmer. Also, after one month,, I had to already clean my filters which had mounds of sand and pebble rock in the filter. These guys never cleaned anything! Sorry for the long review but I contacted Tony several times to make corrections and he defaults to the tile guy instead of him coming out to make sure everything is built to his standard. I guest half ass is his standard.

Way too many things were either not thoroughly checked or not checked at all. Huge Crack in master shower that was never mentioned. Above stove range has not worked since day 1 when we moved in. Microwave display is unreadable so we get to just guess how long our food is in there. Double oven circuit board is messed up. Leak under kitchen sink that I had to have fixed. Really sucks to have so many problems when you bought a house thinking it was in great shape. Would not recommend and will not use this company in the future.

Our pool and spa present a complex case. The equipment is old, half-working, and re-routed by…read moreprevious owners in ways that make no sense. Someday we will replace it all. In the meantime, Bret has been great about keeping it going as well as possible. On top of this, the trees planted around the pool are terrible choices in terms of pool maintenance--they drop loads of pine needles, pollen balls, sycamore pods, berries, and other debris into both the pool and spa. We sometimes have ducks that leave feathers (and even once a duck egg at the bottom of the pool!). Oh, and we also have bumble bees living right next to the pool equipment and a toddler who likes to throw rocks where they shouldn't be. Bret is extremely patient with all these quirks. He is also extremely knowledgeable and reliable. Recently, part of our vacuum system broke in a puzzling way, and before its life had really run its course. Bret worked with the company representative to get it replaced for free, which was a big help. The next week, a rat chewed through wires in our spa heater. Bret replaced the wires (which required finding the appropriate replacement parts at a motorcycle shop) and cleaned out the rat nest. 100% recommend.
