After two weeks, and several inquiries, no shipping was provided. Every time I contacted customer service, they offer a weak apology and no solutions or refund. They finally provided a shipping label, but the tracking number showed 'pending pickup' for days. I ordered four mystery shirts along with a few other items and when I finally received the order, one shirt was missing and two were the exact same! I emailed them and a few days later got another weak apology and was told to take a picture of the items received. Maybe not quite enough time to arrive before my birthday, but when it finally arrived, it was just about a month later! I tried on my tops to which I am normally a size M. Tops are tight, zero stretch and should've actually been a size S. Reached out to see about an exchange and was told I need to go on the website, ensure my size is available and read the sizing chart. I placed an order for a tshirt on October 1 and never received it. I sent multiple emails inquiring about my order and never heard back. On their Instagram account there are multiple customers commenting on their posts saying they did not receive their orders either and that the company does not pick up phone calls or answers any of their emails. I was shocked to see that many people are experiencing similar issues with this company. And after seeing that they were sued by the FTC for ripping out "Made in China" tags and replacing them with "Made in the USA" tags I was appalled that I even supported this company in the first place. Seems like this company is fraudulent and deceitful to say the least. In fact, I also messaged them on instagram asking them for assistance and they blocked me! Thankfully I paid using PayPal and was able to dispute the charge and PayPal fully refunded me. If it wasn't for that, I would have probably never gotten my money back. I just want everyone to know the truth about this company and their owner Sean Whalen who continues to pretend to be someone that he's not. He is fully aware of what's going on, that customers are not receiving their paid orders, and that the customer service is non existent and yet he continues to take people's money. They even disabled their comments on their most recent posts on Instagram due to all the negative customer complaints. There are other better conservative, patriotic, HONEST companies who actually care and give back to the community, that are worth supporting. Grunt Style and Chaads just to name a few. When the order was complete I was supposed to get a few free items ,when it arrived 2 were missing. (Luckily I record the opening or all packaged due to a problem in the past with another comp.) After going back and forth w customer service , and sending the video they say we are going to send it,great . We'll a few weeks later and nothing . I asked for a tracking number said there is none. This is the part I question. Really no tracking when they had it prior . Then they send me a $35 gift card code. Rewind when they said they would send it out after the video they wanted to know if I would order something and they would put it in that package . (Basically I would be paying for their error ) . My order did not arrive within the time I was given when I placed my order. I contacted the customer service email, and received a pre written statement in return(that they clearly send to everyone that contacts them) explaining that all items are shipped within 4-8 business days. I contacted them two weeks after I placed my order. So I emailed again, explaining that it was past the date that I had been told I would receive my order, and that the items were Christmas presents. I was traveling for the holidays, and needed them to arrive before I left. No one ever responded to my email. I emailed again a few days later, and someone responded with a one sentence reply that my order would be shipped 'soon' I emailed back, and making it clear that I was already past the promised arrival date, and I was leaving town soon, so the order had to arrive before I left. No reply. Days later I get an automated message that my order has shipped and was supposed to be delivered within the next few days. The next few days went by, and according to tracking only a shipping label had been created and USPS had never received the package-I even called them to make sure. At this point I'm completely over this atrocious customer service, and contact them to cancel my order and ask for . No response. That evening I file a claim with PayPal to get my money back. Within an hour, I get an update from tracking that suddenly USPS is in possession of my package. Lions not Sheep never shipped my package like they claimed the week prior. Only after I requested a cancellation and filed a claim with PayPal to get my money back, did they actually ship my package. The package arrived after I left for my trip. Lions not sheep forced me into a sale after the lied about shipping my package, knowing that I would be traveling for 3 weeks. Their return policy states that you must return all items within something like 10 days-way before I would get back from my trip. Even if I could have returned my items(which I have read that despite their return policy they almost never respond to people asking for returns) they charge an outrageous 25% restocking fee! Their shipping fees are also outrageous. They charged me almost $30 for a super lightweight box of a couple tshirts. This company is an absolute scam. Do not ever support this business. read more
