Quick timeline of events: 6.9.23 Placed an order for the kit that I was told we have to have. 8.14.23 Sent email asking for status of the order, no response. 8.19.23 Sent email asking for status of the order, no response. 8.21.23 Called store and asked status and received some BS answer that someone from my club was at the warehouse today and they'd have them grab it and blah blah blah. 9.9.23 Sent email asking for status of the order, no response. 9.13.23 Received some blanket BS email from Soccer Post that another company went out of business and they're swamped with orders and they're going to get orders shipped out within the next week. Today is 10.23.23 and I have yet to see nor hear anything about my order that was placed almost 5 months ago. The fall season is also over, so what purpose to I "need" this uniform??

They had some good ones, including Vuori and other top brands of quality shorts. I ended up doing weight lifting in normal shorts, which I'm only now realizing is not a big deal after having done it. The box was so aggressively over-taped that it ripped apart while opening, and the boots literally fell out. One boot was clearly a display model, visibly dirty, scuffed, and worn, showing obvious signs of being in and out of bindings and tried on countless times. After some digging, it appears this display boot dates back to around 2012, which makes this even more unacceptable. It still had an ink security tag attached, suggesting little to no quality control. When contacting customer service, the interaction was calm but completely unhelpful -the representative was disengaged and dismissive, offering no real solution. We were also told we'd have to send the boots back and wait for them to receive the return before any refund, which meant we couldn't afford to buy replacement boots in the meantime. Charging $140 for mismatched, outdated display boots and backing it up with poor customer support is misleading and unacceptable. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, and instead it turned into frustration and extra stress. I would not recommend this shop. Edit to add: The business responded stating I asked for an "80% discount with free shipping." What I actually asked was whether they would reasonably work with me on price after sending boots that were clearly used, damaged, and later identified as old display boots--without that being disclosed beforehand. A $40 discount on a $140 charge did not reflect the condition or age of the product. I'm adding this clarification so buyers have full context.

I purchased a playset through Lowe's from this company. There were numerous delays - some that…read morewere caused by Lifetime, (swings backordered, not releasing item for shipment due to inventory delay) but mainly caused by the shipping company they contracted, Estes Express, that held my shipment on their dock for a week and then would not deliver to a residence on the weekend, causing us to find another way to keep 20 kids busy during a family reunion. I purchased this playset on 8/10 to make sure we had it delivered and set up by Labor Day weekend. It was not delivered until 9/10. On the upside, I have to acknowledge the help I received from Alexis and Brandy in the sales department. They went above and beyond trying to help me get my delivery on time, and when it turned out that wasn't possible, Brandy made sure to offer accessories compatible with our playset to apologize for the inconvenience.
