This was my first time visiting this spa, and I had such a great experience! I wasn't sure which facial to choose, but I told my aesthetician what my skin needed, and she absolutely delivered. I asked her to focus on my neck and chest, and she gave me the best massage ever. It was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep! She also used a machine on my face that left it feeling lifted and toned. It's been two weeks since my appointment, and I'm still amazed by the results. 5 stars for Jenny and Jenny only! I have different thoughts about the consultant, I believe she needs to be retrained on how to speak to clients. Jenny is genuinely a gem in this side of business. I love her personality and the way she literally sat there eye-level to ask me what my main concerns were. I've come here twice - once for regular Ultherapy and for Prime. During both times, she explained the process thoroughly and made me feel like she cared about my goals. She even showed me their new Prime machine, so I know it's authentic! The only awful experience I had was when the consultant during this last visit randomly crossed her arms in an UNSOLICITED, judgmental way, and asked me if I knew about the hyperpigmentation and spots on my face in an extremely condescending way. She literally said "you don't know you have that huh?" It immediately ruined my mood and I told her that I have a mirror and I can absolutely see, and am well aware of these things. In fact, it was something I was going to address myself, but she gave me no time to bring it up and it felt like a sleazy and predatory business tactic. I mentioned that it was rude for her to approach me that way, and it's no way to win my business. It literally turned me away from wanting to purchase anything more that day. As in, her attempt to use insecurities to get me to purchase packages, made them lose money that day. She was very apologetic but this is a terrible business tactic and quite old school. I can only imagine how many women she has talked this way to, and made them feel and about themselves. Making your customers feel insecure in order to gain business is so yucky. It's 2026, who is even talking that way to people?? So even though I felt awkward to call her out immediately, I hope it helped her understand that wasn't nice or appropriate, and hopefully young and older women coming in here don't have to feel bad about themselves. Other than that, I do really like this medispa. Give yourself at least 1.5 hours if you're doing the Ultherapy because there may be a person in front of you, plus you have to wait for the numbing cream to kick in. If I ever come back here, I hope to never again feel the way I did during the consultation. read more

Great experience here. Came here for pico toning and ldm. My consultant did a great job. I felt comfortable with the details she provided and the only additional suggestion was ultherapy prime which is an area that bugs me as well. My ldm facial was great. Skin so glowy after. I purchased a treatment package at a great price as part of a Mother's Day event, which included Ulthera, Sculptra, Rejuran, and two skin massage sessions. However, since I didn't need Sculptra, I requested a change, and they kindly adjusted the program to better suit my skin. I'm very grateful for their flexibility and attentiveness. The person who did my Rejuran treatment was super detailed and careful, which I loved. My cousin introduced me to this medispa back in February to try their LDM facial. Went in not expecting much and the facial being done with an ultrasound wand, my expectations dropped even lower. Can an ultrasound wand with minimal heat gliding over your face do anything? I was wrong! After my second session of the LDM facial, my skin started to glow! Also they offered IM injection to relive moderate to severe pain. Ulterapy one of the most painful treatments that I have had. But with IM injection I couldn't feel any pain during the treatment. The laser treatments did not work miracles for me. However, they do seem lighter but they are still there. I purchased a 5 session package deal right off the bat. If I had to go back, I would just pay per session or buy the 3 session package instead. Just thought more would be better but it wasn't. I felt like she did a great job on my first session. Second-fourth sessions, meh. She kept wanting to take it really slow and target small pieces at a time but it really didn't do anything for me. Last session (fifth session), I had to remind her to use different laser in hopes that it might work but DIDN'T. All in all, the office staff was professional and service was great.
