I have been visiting here for over 10 years. All the staff are very friendly, and even if customers want them, they honestly inform you about procedures you don't need, so it's a place you can trust. I scheduled a first-time facial here and I had a consultation where I chose the Deluxe-Facial. The price was $200 and they asked for a $60 deposit. During my facial appointment the tech recommended that extractions should be delayed until the next appointment. For paying $200 for a facial I expected a comprehensive treatment, and I didn't mind delaying extractions to see how my skin would react but I think they should have adjusted the price. Had they done that then I would be inclined to make a follow-up appointment. read more

They have a great deal going on right now, $100 for a 90 min facial (minimum purchase of 3) and you can mix and match what kind of facial you want. I was looking for a place to work some magic on my skin and this place came across as I was searching on Yelp. They got like 21 high rating reviews but now I know how... probably all bought. They have a sign in the office if you leave a Yelp review they'd give you free 10 units of Botox. In my younger days I used to lay out in the sun quite often... also spent 3-4days out of the week in tanning bed. Plus I was breaking out ... stilll am ! Without thinking of the consequences So my face is now left with these sun spots and acne scars :( Since I was turning 38 last month but feel and look like 48 so I wanted to treat myself. Anyway.. so I came to Bella skin on my very 1st appointment to consult with Ellie which is the lady that runs the place. I ended up getting the services done right then which I thought was great. Ellie suggested I would need 6 sessions for my skin and each session would include microneedling and CO2 laser ($700/session). 3 sessions/$1500. So I went ahead and paid $700 for my first session. After that she told me to go wash my face and go lay down in the room. There was another lady came in and started on my face by putting topical numbing cream on all over my face. She was very nice. After 20 mins later she started to do the microneedling on my face. Some parts of my face were numb and the pain wasn't so bad but some parts still kinda hurt. I finally got through it. After that she put a mask with a lamp over my face. My dumb a** thought that was the laser treatment. At the end I thought to myself that wasn't so bad for getting the laser treatment. The pain was tolerable. I always wanted to try Botox because everyone's talking about it so I ended up getting 25 units of Botox on my forehead for additional $150, which lasted only 6 weeks :( People told me they supposed to last 4-6 months. This place must've diluted their Botox . 2nd session on 4/5: Same thing we did like the first session except different lady performed it on me. And this time no lamp over my face but the actual laser feeling like someone slaps you in the face so hard. So I asked the lady what is this and she said it's the CO2 laser treatment. So I told her that I didn't get this laser treatment during my first visit. She went outside to talk to Ellie and they both went in the room and Ellie try to convince me to go on with the laser. I refused because it is way too painful for me. So we stopped and I went outside and paid another $700. Ellie said my next visit will be only $100. That would be considered 3 treatments for $1500. I was leaving feeling so disappointed:( My point here is they didn't perform full treatment on me during 1st visit but still charged me full price. Only if they had been honest from the beginning I wouldn't have wasted my time and another $700 on my 2nd visit! The reason I even give them 2 stars because the ladies worked my my face were nice and office is clean. read more
