I bought another pedi spa as a gift for my mom and was going to buy for my sister i called to make an appointment and they said i can't give it as a gift that they need to make there own account UMMM! I asked her how am i suppose to give it as a gift still no help very not professional- i asked about were i can write a review and she was telling me what NOT to write i was in shock like Ummm! LipLash is amazing! I had my first experience today & I felt pampered the entire time. Sanitizer is plenty, & everyone was wearing their mask properly. The receptionist was very kind & helpful, & my nail tech Michelle took her time with the massage during the Deluxe Sea Salt Pedicure I got..even helped me match my mani color that I got earlier in the week, to my pedi! The eyelashes looked very nice -- unfortunately they are extremely uncomfortable. In some places the lash glue saturated small clumps (including my natural lashes) completely, making it feel like a piece of plastic. It is painful to blink, as each time I feel a bad pinching. The application process was also surprisingly painful compared to what I'm used to. Overall, I'm pretty sure my natural eyelashes will be very damaged from this experience. I think either a better quality of lash glue should be used, or maybe better consultation with the client about their natural lashes before going in so heavy handed with the heavy lashes and tons of glue. read more

EXCEPTIONAL! I had my nails done after visiting local salons for the past 3 years. I didn't know this place existed until I heard about it from a friend. I made an appointment for SNS dip and was 100% pleased with the outcome. My nail tech Ice was amazing! She gave me exactly what I asked for which has been an issue in the past at other salons. I did not have an appointment for a pedicure but asked if she had time and luckily she did. It was one of the most relaxing pedicures I have had so far. Do not go here for microblading!! The photos speak for itself. I am so disappointed because before starting she reassured me multiple times that it would look great and that they would last a couple years. 2 months in and they look like this, not only is it super faded and patchy but overall a poor job. I was told before starting that the eyebrows would last 1-2 years and with touch up 2-3 years. Look elsewhere because she does not know what she's doing and will promise false results. I had microblading with Seila at this salon and I would hands down come back every day of the week- amazing! This salon is new, very clean, and all of the staff is very attentive and friendly. I was first welcomed and offered water/tea/coffee, after check in they had a space I was able to hang my big winter coat. Seila took her time and really worked with me to make sure I was getting EXACTLY what I wanted, she listened to me. We were able to collaborate and the end result was SPECTACULAR! She talked me through everything so I knew exactly what to expect. I would give more than 5/5 if I could. She was kind, and very patient, even though our appointment time ran over I did not feel rushed- she was meticulous with her work. Very unpleasant eyelash experience. I could not wait for this to be over and leave. Freaking hurt me twice from what it seemed like my natural eyelashes being pulled out. The product they used to clean my eyes stung and after the eyelashes were done my eyes were burning. Found 2 natural lashes out and stuck between the fake lashes. Disappointing experience! Had a Groupon for dipping powder manicure and herbal prestige spa pedicure. One star only because technicians were polite and friendly. Manicure was nothing to be talked about. Color was not as I selected, might have gotten mixed up which is okay and she said she would fix so I took a chance. Horrible quality. Never has happened at any other salon. Within a day the gel peeled off and other nails started to chip!! What sort of quality is this- dipping is supposed to last at least 3-4 weeks. I have only done gel before and even that stays intact for 3 weeks minimum from other places!! Also, no scrub or massage and some other steps I've seen other places do - manicure was very basic for the price they list definitely not worth!! Pedicure was nice but again they don't spend as much time on massage as other places. Remaining steps were fine and the lady was sweet. I could not use the massage chair - when I started, it made loud noises so I turned it off immediately. Overall, disappointed in the quality and will definitely not return!! read more

The manager, Michelle, was extremely rude. The manicure was horrible, the manicurist was in a rush over something and even managed to cut me and draw blood in her haste. The pedicure was good but the nails were insufficiently cut even though I had asked for nails to be cut short. Very disappointing. I had my eyebrows microbladed with Seila. She is friendly and skillful. She will solicit your input as to how you want your eyebrows shaped and colored. She will tell you what she will do so that you are prepared for any stinging sensations. If the results are not to your liking, then she will make the correction after your eyebrows have healed at no additional charge. All in all, Seila strives to please. My only helpful suggestions to the manager or owner at LipLash would be to staff the front desk at all times. When I tried to make an appointment during business hours by telephone, it rang and rang; I had to leave a voice mail message. Also, when I returned after my appointment the following weekend, there was nobody there to greet me during business hours. I had to look around for assistance. When I asked for written aftercare instructions, I was told that none were available. On the plus side, I was permitted to charge my tip separately from the microblading fee. It was the first spa I patronized since I have been here, and it is the only one I will go to now. There's no need for me to experience 5 other spas when I have already found the one that truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I scheduled the appointment with a very friendly, informative, and professional receptionist to when I left feeling beautiful and fabulous, I was treated with world-class service and felt like I was their favorite person and their most important client. When I first entered the luxuriously-designed salon and was greeted by the owners and their staff, I knew there was something very special and very different about this spa. I proceeded to receive a phenomenal pedicure (replete with foot/leg massage and treatment) while relaxing in the coolest-looking, high-end massage thrones ever (!), and the got a gentle manicure while sitting on beautiful chairs at the salon's wine and champagne bar. The folks at LipLash Organic Spa have surely set the precedent for how all nail, waxing, and facial spa services ought to be run. 5 stars for the service, the mimosas, the ambiance, and my beautiful nails! read more

The facial included a massage for the shoulders and arms and it was so relaxing. Left my skin feeling moisturized and soft, and my skin tone is more even and bright! Love it! I have been going here for waxing for about 15 months. I love Michelle she is wonderful. But I had the most disgusting phone call today trying to reschedule an appointment. I had to reschedule an appointment in Feb to await Covid test results. A day later I rescheduled it again because the results were positive. a day after that I get a phone call telling me Michelle was on vacation, so they need to move the appointment to today. I got told I had to work today an hour after they closed last night and went online to reschedule for later in the day or tomorrow if I could, but it says because I didn't book it online I couldn't change it. So I called in. I explained the situation and the reason I called in so late. The last two times were more than 24 hours in advance. I was immediately met with a nasty attitude saying this is the last time you can do this. I explained the first two times was me rescheduling, so I wouldn't give you guys Covid, but the 3rd time was not me. I told her I would like to see if there was a later appointment in the day. She said she didn't care about me having Covid or Liplash and having to reschedule if I rescheduled after this I would be blocked. I told her don't worry about it because I was never going to come back and she said, "please do me that favor and not come back". What DISGUSTING treatment of your customers!!!!! read more

I scheduled 2 facials and specifically asked for 2 different estheticians. I was told that would not be a problem. When we arrived, we were greeted and asked to wait. After about a 10-15 minute wait we were asked what our appointment was for and I told them. A technician approached to let us know that they only had one room available so we would have to wait for the other to have a facial. This is exactly what I was wanting to avoid. The technician went into one of the facial rooms being occupied and asked another employee a question and the other employee was yelling (in another language) so I was not able to understand what she was so angry about. The male owner "Judd" was listening to the entire "yelling" scenario and did nothing. My daughter and I decided to leave as it appeared that they were unorganized and we didn't want an "angry" estha esthetician doing our facial. The owner called me later and offered us free facials and a free gel manicure. I thought that was nice so I agreed of course. When I called to make the appointment, a female owner basically told me that she can override what the other owner offered and I had to choose either the facial or the manicure. I told her that is not what the other owner offered. She said I either take it or leave it, so I decided to leave the offer and write this review. No free service is worth that kind of poor customer service. read more

It was just spontaneous plan to have a Pedi Spa with my friends, and we were greeted with smile, and we waited a bit, but it was because the staffs wanted three of us to sit next to each other, which was very thoughtful. I had my service with Pat, who has nice skill and happy vibe. Though the service started little later than the appointment time, they did not rush, but gave me a full care. I purchased the Groupon deal for both upper and lower permanent eyeliner. I took the day off work, made arrangements for my child, and drove over an hour. Upon entering the spa, there was a man standing behind the counter talking with the girl. I said my name and she stared at me, laughed and held a paper up to her face so I could not see what she was saying to him. Then another lady came out from the back, looked at me and said "I cannot do it with lash extensions". I said where was that disclosed on the Groupon??? She said she would not do it, not even the lower liner and walked away behind a door and closed it. I was in shock. Another worker came out and explained it could cause infection and I said I could understand on the top but why couldn't the lower be done? She had no answer. And once again, where was this disclosed on the Groupon so I could have been prepared?? I asked the man if he was the owner and he said yes. I then asked if I could have another service in place of the liner for equal value of what I purchased and he had to go ask her. He was absolutely clueless. While he was gone I decided I did not feel comfortable having any service done at this point and told him that upon his return. I said first off I have never been treated so rudely in a customer service setting, ESPECIALLY a spa! I have been going to and have worked in spas and salons for years with hundreds of services done and this was thee most awful experience EVER. The snickering behind the paper upon my first seconds of entering, the blunt rudeness and walking away and closing the door, the lack of knowledge by the owner (he kept referring to everything as microblading), and the waste of my time and money. I usually write reviews where I have fantastic, or on a few occasions, miserable experiences, as it seems like everything else is well covered on Yelp. Regrettably, this is the latter. Since my long-time esthetician moved out of the area, I have been trying to find a good replacement for a go-to facial experience. I purchased a Groupon for a deep cleansing organic facial at LipLash. When I arrived I thought the parking was plentiful and the salon had cute Alice-in-Wonderland throne chairs in the waiting area and I could see nice pedicure area so I thought we were off to a good start. Unfortunately that is where the positive experience ended. There was no-one in reception so until another guest arrived (and seemingly one who was better versed in their service), I had waited for someone to show up despite my appointment, but the new customer went right to the back area and retrieved an employee who then asked me if she could help. I was quickly shown to a clean and organized treatment room, but then waited for 10+ minutes for the person to arrive. Actually two people came in. What I surmised in retrospect was that that one was a trainee and the other person was instructing her. I get it - on the job training. I don't have a particular issue with that and try to give Groupon businesses some leeway as they try to build their business. However, the trainee was very unskilled and the other person (both were in the treatment room the entire time) was not particularly competent either. I feel fortunate in my lifetime to have had many facials, massages, etc. and believe I have enough experience to have some discernment over the quality. This is the WORST facial I have ever had in my 50+ times. They did not seem to know the sequence (cleanse, extract, masque, etc.) and bumbled at every step. After having the steam on my face for 30 min I asked for it to be turned off. The cleansing was minimal, and the technique was unskilled - my sister would have been more thorough, consistent and balanced in pressure and treatment (very little action on the left, much more on the right). Their device for "deep cleansing" felt like a rough Clarisonic rotating brush that was on my face for less than two minutes. When they tried to do the extractions and were using significant pressure in the WRONG direction for extractions, after 30 seconds I asked them to be a bit more gentle at which point that they declared I had beautiful skin and did not need extractions. I would not have signed up for a deep cleansing facial if I did not need some treatment! They then put on one of the paper infused masques that lays on top of the skin and it felt like it did nothing. At which time they inexpertly massaged my hands and arms - with a bit of neck massage but no real decollette. Very little facial massage at all. Followed by a moisturizer and perhaps sunscreen? Nothing at all around the eyes or neck area. My skin did not feel deep clean or hydrated at the end - it was dry and tight. My 60 minute facial was less than 50 minutes. With the constant tag teaming of staff on my face it was not relaxing AT all and certainly not therapeutic. I went home and put on my moisturizer. These technicians are completely unskilled. The only reason for the 2 stars instead of 1 is because they were trying so hard and wanted me to have a good experience, so I struggled with providing this very low rating, but I wish others had shared their experience as I would have skipped this salon for their facials. To top it off, three days later I had multiple breakouts across my face - which I have not had in over 5 years! Please do not offer a service if your staff is not qualified or trained to deliver the treatment! read more

I went to them for lash extensions on 3/3/2022 and I got the hybrid lash extensions. It hasn't even been 2 full weeks and they have fallen all off expect for the corners. They never gave me any instructions on how to maintain them clean I had to look it up they only gave me a brush. I am fully aware they should lasted anywhere from 3-4 weeks but I haven't even had them for a full 2 weeks! I was very happy with them at first but right now I totally upset. I called them to inform them I was not happy and what had happened and Michelle who I believe is the head manager told me to come in and she would have to seem them she said she couldn't discuss this over the phone I repeatedly told her I couldn't drive down there if she was not planning to fix them. She said I think we can do something but I need to see them. When I got to the place her sister told me I would have to pay half which was $45 Im not upset of the amount, I could have paid it. It's the fact that they have promotions and customers take advantage of them but they should also say they are going to do half of the job. Michelle sister was like "if your expecting them free it won't happen, and if thats the case you can go. I was upset and out of words, told her she should of said that from the beginning. I had recommended friends to go there but have changed my mind As for the remaining lashes literally only 4 in each eye they were so easy to remove. That just proves the quality of their job really sad because the place is beautiful and I had very high hopes. I will never go back there and don't recommend this place. read more
