I really really wanted to like this place. I was able to book easily and was accommodated last minute. Place was clean and they were professional. Prices were reasonable. The biggest issue was that I was told the lashes were 1:1, meaning 1 fake lash on top of 1 of my real lashes. Instead; it was 2:1- two fake lashes on top of 1 of my lashes. That of course turned out to be too heavy and now I literally don't have any eyelashes left. Every time a fake eyelash falls, my eye lash comes out with it. Also, as they are growing it, they have been painful - not sure why. typically, that it's to be expected, but because it was 2:1, it was too heavy . I have had my eyelashes done before, many times, and I've never had this issue because it was 1:1. Irritated, disappointed, and sad- hope they grow back again! I really wish, they were honest and just told me from the start that it was going to be 2:1 and not 1:1. The moment you walk in, you will be welcomed by the smell of essential oil as if you're in a spa. The music that they play adds on the calming ambiance. They have a very comfortable lazy boy and awesome selection of beauty products in store. My eyelash extension was done by Eda (trainee) with the assistance of the owner which is very nice too. Despite being new, you can tell that she did an amazing job with my eyelash extension. I always get compliments whenever I go. It's been more than a week since I had it and it still look great! I went into this treatment knowing that I'm a rather complicated case because the micro blading I got done years ago was not the best, and my skin has now turned a burnt orange color. So I was afraid to get anything else done on top of it. Yet, Nancy's teacher makes me feel assured and comfortable about the hairstroke treatment within the hour that I was originally there for. I had a wonderful fist experience here. From the front staff to my tech Tini everyone was friendly and welcoming. They explained the process very well, and Tini kept checking in throughout. I was laying in a recliner with a blanket and it was very relaxing. Unfortunately I did have a reaction afterwards (swollen and bloodshot eyes for a couple days) but I reached out and was given recommendations immediately for remedies. They also kept checking in daily for the next few days to make sure I was okay, which I was very appreciative for! She did a pretty good job for my eyelash which last up to 2-3 weeks. It looked super natural and did not irritate.
