I cannot stress how well I feel this procedure went. Like anyone I looked at the reviews before I booked the surgery and was SPOOKED. The recent reviews are filled with bad experiences. So when I called Liz to schedule my procedure (after she chit chatted with me about a trip I had just been on) I let her know my worries and concerns and the amount of reassurance that woman gave me was astounding. She let me know that most people with good experiences don't leave reviews so I'm here to do just that. Not only is the whole team that worked on me so amazing and friendly, but they walked me through every last silly little question the whole way through with zero annoyance or frustration. And boy did I have a LOT. During the procedure they played the kind of music I wanted to listen to and allowed me to have my face covered with glasses on so I wouldn't have to see what was going on upon request. All that to say this is not a completely painless procedure, BUT it is only in the beginning with the numbing. It was the equivalent of getting numbed up at the dentist just a bit longer and on your stomach haha. Some spots were more uncomfortable than others but all completely bearable. You truly are getting what you pay for when you decide on sono bello. I will update 3 months from now when I'm less swollen and more healed, but as of right now I am beyond happy with the procedure and it gives me confidence that everything will heal wonderfully.

I also had to help her update some forms on an iPad and had to do the same information 3x, evidence of a redundant cheap system that doesn't keep track of patient information appropriately: should have been another tip off. The technicians who do the procedure have all been very nice and efficient. I will say that I have more bruising on my face here than I have had in other places and the xeomin does not last as long as dysport or botox (but it is cheaper). However, I am always open to new ideas, treatments, etc. Deciding to try the therapy, I signed up for two sessions. Nicole Wirth is an intense young lady dedicated to her patients' well-being. After a brief session to cover my background, I entered the Egg. FIRST SESSION Nicole placed a warm blanket over my legs and closed the hatch. The inside of the Egg is all white with an overhead light that changes colors. There is a comfortable, zero-gravity recliner much like one I owned previously. I am not a bit claustrophobic, but some people might find being enclosed in this small structure confining. To me, it was comforting, like snuggling into a warm bed on a cold morning. The door is never completely closed. The Egg played soft music like one experiences with a spa massage but in a surround-sound approach. I felt a humming vibration through my entire body. After the second instrumental, I closed my eyes, and while dozing, it felt like someone was massaging my legs. I went into a deep sleep (?) and had a genuine and active dream about my grandmother. The next thing I knew, the door opened, and Nicole woke me up. The outcome was I felt I had a most incredible massage and was relaxed. SECOND SESSION Nicole changed the Egg settings to align with my stated intentions, and I entered the Egg as before. The harmonic vibration began with a deep Thrumm instead of music. I could feel this throughout my body, like standing too close to a loudspeaker with a deep base playing. No noise, just vibration. I was committed to remaining awake this time. After what I guessed to be 20 minutes, my eyes closed. I began floating out of the Egg and through the roof. I left the Earth behind and sailed past the Moon and Mars. I could see stars and distant galaxies. I was at peace and comfortable. I returned to somewhere where I found my long-dead German Shepherd. I threw a ball for him and then rode a bike with him running at my side. When that experience/dream faded, I saw the door to the Egg open as the session ended. The Egg sessions left me feeling warm and comfortable. My physical issues seem to be better, but I'm yet unsure whether it is a result of the Egg treatments or psychosomatic. I change my mind and didn't want to continue with anymore treatments. She refused to reimburse me for th unused treatments. She still owes me over $1300. She has no right to keep that money. She didn't do the treatments. And I have a right to cancel and be reimbursed. Plus she's rude and talks too much.
