The service I received didn't match what was advertised, and it quickly became clear that the "special" is more of a marketing tactic to upsell packages and products. After my facial (which was a basic facial, but it was still nice), I was taken into another room where I was given a sales pitch that felt rushed and poorly explained. Before I even had a chance to fully understand what was being offered, the conversation jumped straight into financing options like CareCredit, which felt premature and uncomfortable. I made it clear that I don't need financing and prefer to make informed decisions, especially for something like a treatment package that's a couple thousand dollars. I told them I'd think it over rather than purchase on the spot. Instead of taking the time to explain the details or answer questions, the sales associate seemed irritated, avoided eye contact, and gave off an unwelcoming vibe. It's unfortunate , because I actually would have returned for facials based on the quality of the treatment itself. However, the pushy and unprofessional sales experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Because of that, I won't be coming back. Since returning home, I looked up their Facebook reviews and I now know that I should've expected the sales pitch. And I'm also glad I didn't purchase because I see multiple complaints about their lack of transparency on what they're selling.

I felt like I'd just waisted my valuable time, and that they were very deceptive in not explaining to our group that they were not an actual medical facility but a group of chiropractors. I've been to several chiropractors and was actually harmed and not helped by any of them, I would not recommend wasting your valuable time unless you want an actual chiropractor and not a medical doctor.
