It was extremely easy booking an appointment with Michelle through Yelp Messaging. She was extremely responsive and accommodating to my schedule. I needed an oddly timed appointment (Sunday early morning) and she totally had my back. As soon as I arrived on-site, Michelle was all set up and ready to go! She offers both airbrush and traditional kit application, and I went ahead with the traditional kit. I loved Michelle's bubbly and confident work style. She made me feel like such a queen the whole time! This was my first time getting my makeup done since prom, and she provided a wonderful amount of guidance and cheerleading. She engaged me with a lot of questions about my makeup experience, and really personalized my experience for me. Getting my makeup done on me for the first time in years was certainly a learning curve, and Michelle was a great communicator. I was happy with my resulting makeup and overall experience. I was referred to Michelle by Amy June Weddings and scheduled a trial during a brief visit to San Diego to take care of a bunch of wedding stuff. My appointment with Michelle was a great way to start the day - she's absolutely hysterical and she did a really great job on my make-up. She was originally only supposed to do my make-up and the moms on the day of the wedding, but both my MOHs ended up asking her to do their eyes at the last minute and she was incredibly accommodating. Everyone had great make-up, and even my super-picky MOH commented that she did an awesome job.
