The staff is beyond rude. I thought maybe they were just having a bad day, so I blew it off. I got my 4th lobe piercing on both ears & my 2nd cartilage to which 2/3 got infected almost immediately. I have multiple piercings, so I'm aware of how to clean and take care of them. I decided to get a 2nd opinion from a better shop; to which I got the jewelry changed out at& thankfully it helped 1/2 piercings; my cartilage piercing had to be removed & healed before they'd pierce me. Went here in March for a tattoo the owner was really sweet asked if I wanted the exact tattoo I showed her I said yes. Alfredo added shading to places there shouldn't been shading. I'm still not happy about it was offered for him to fix the shading but I don't trust him tattooing my body. I'm for real thinking of not getting more tattoos. He didn't really talk he just did what he wanted. Then told me to not put anything on my tattoo to keep it wrapped and dried till it healed. I have six other tattoos I won't be doing that. He said that is what he does with his tattoos. His tattoos look like he got them done in the 70s so old and faded. He wasn't even alive in the 70s. Don't recommend to anyone. read more

Went here to get my wife and I a tattoo. Cassie was wonderful to us. She was very patient with us and went at our pace. She was very attentive to our needs. We brought in a sketch from a artist friend of ours and she was happy to put that down. She did an amazing job and we will definitely be back. The atmosphere was good and the place was very clean. Honestly. There is only 1 halfway acceptable artist at this establishment. But really. You are getting a tattoo in the mall. What can you expect? DO NOT get piercings hers. They are extremely unsanitary. While my friend was getting pierced the girls that work there were talking about how they didn't know what they were doing except YouTube tutorials. Very unprofessional. They do not check for veins before piercing lips. I watch the girl drop part of the piercing on the floor, pick it up and put It in my friends lip. Disgusting! The artists think they are so good they don't even have o show up to work. And half the time they are all hungover. They think they are better than they actually are but in reality they are the tattoo laughing stock of lubbock. Not worth your time or money. read more

I went here on a recommendation from a friend. I spent months working on a design that I was comfortable with. I went in with my appointment with Isaac. He took my drawing, and took into consideration my previous drawings, and redrew it to look even more feminine, and the piece I was desiring. Throughout the appointment, I had lots of fun, and found Isaac to be funny and entertaining. He allowed my boyfriend and friend to join in and watch as I got my tattoo. He helped me to find the best place for it, and was patient during my indecisive moment. Afterwards, I was amazingly impressed. The colors that Isaac used were truly beautiful, and makes me still excited to see it in the mirror. It truly ended up above and beyond what I was expecting. My friends that saw it afterwords were impressed, and some were surprised, saying they couldn't believe how well it fit to me. My family who were traditionally very conservative about tattoos were also impressed and thought it was great. This tattoo has a very important personal meaning to me, and I am pleased it came out so perfect. The girl in the office was always incredibly sweet and helpful to me every time I came in. I enjoyed coming in to speak with her as well. I intend to return to Isaac in the future with more pieces to do, and my father is interested in his first tattoo from him after seeing the work he did. Went in for a small tat of my son's name in an arrow. I was charged $80 for 5 minutes worth of work. Mark was very heavy handed and the tattoo is raised. I had originally asked him to design a feather and left a deposit but after the experience, I felt it was best to lose the deposit and go to an artist that knew what they were doing. I asked several times to see his portfolio, but there was always some excuse not to. I would not recommend Mark or this parlor period. When I went to get my feather at another location the tattoo artist informed me the tip of my arrow wasn't even colored in!!! Don't chance something that can never be undone to these clowns!!! read more

3 of us went in for tattoos right when they opened and were told the artists hadnt arrived yet. They took our numbers and said they would call as soon as they got there. After 2 hours of wandering around the mall we went back and they told us that the artists probably were not even going to show up. A complete waste of time. read more

Just a bit frustrated. I went to go get my septum pierced, payed for the piercing and left a tip. After, the lady who did it, looked at it and told me it wasn't straight, but couldn't tell how bad because of swelling and to come back in a couple days and she would re pierce it, after talking to a few other places about the best way to go about a messed up piercing all of them told me to take it out, and let it heal and start over. There isn't a doubt in mind that some of the artist really do great work.by all means stay away from the gentleman named Jesse if u even think about giving him a chance well u were warned.I went in for a set of letters and his line work was pathetic.he knew he sucked and he only had one year experience.besides the fact that he smelt like dirty underwear.cant believe this! It's suppose to be a professional establishment.with hygiene like that.If u see this here,look elsewhere.i recommend asking the artist how much experience he has and make sure u look at his portfolio.Atleast mine can be fixed.I'll be going in that bitch Tommorrow.! read more

Worst shop i have ever been in. I had an appointment placed multiple times because the artist didn't show up. It does not seem rare for them to just not show up. If you ask at the front they might be in around 2 or 3, pathetic. It is very unsanitary in the back where both tattoos and piercings are done. I have witnessed the artist eating and drinking at their stations. Also taking multiple smoke breaks during the tattoo and not washing hands when coming back. The pierces are very unprepared I remember hearing them say how they learned to pierce off of some online videos. Also they do not check for veins when piercing lips, my vein was pierced when I was in there. I will never be back and would not recommend this shop to even my worst enemy. read more
