Since I was flying out of town on Thursday July 31st, I called them to see if my repairs were complete. They said it would take a couple more days. I arrived back in town on Wednesday August 6th (three weeks after I originally turned in my truck) and called my wife and they said it would be done that afternoon. They called me back the afternoon of August 6th and said the repairs were complete. When I got there to pick it up, much to my surprise, when I inspected my truck, it was not finished. One of the primary pieces that was. supposed to have been replaced, the chrome step $723, had not been replaced. Yes it was on listed on the Job order/and final bill. Also, the truck had not been cleaned up and ready to drive out. They said it would take another two days. I finally got to pick it up at 4pm on Friday August 8th, 24 days after I had taken it to Sorrells body shop. The one positive note, the secretary Rose was very kind and considerate.

We asked why was the price so high when he just told us it was a wire loose that needed to be reconnect. We were told because TWO men had to work on the truck we have to pay both for labor. Cool... we asked for a receipt of the breakdown, security stated they didn't have one for us *******UPDATE ...I WROTE this same review on their business Facebook page this morning. We received a call 9 this evening, Josh making threats to my brother-in-law. Stating he wanted us to take down that review from Facebook. We told him no because it was true. Josh then went on to say he was going to get on the post and say we stole tools when we dropped off the truck. Went on to say he knows his route and where he is.
