This is my second time coming to this location and the customer service was the same as the first time. As soon as I entered I noticed the receptionist was not the friendliest. The esthetician does not have the lightest touch so the facial felt rough and not very relaxing. She also took a personal call while I was getting my facial done. In my opinion, that wasn't very professional. However, she was very nice and gave me good advice on skincare to try. My face did look brighter and refreshed after the facial! I had a very bad experience here. I purchased 40 units of Botox through Groupon and during my first visit I also paid for an additional 9 units because I wanted a brow lift effect. Instead, my brow/eye area dropped noticeably and it completely changed how my face looks in a negative way. I returned twice to try to correct it, but after more than a week there has been no improvement. I also spent over 4 hours total driving back and forth for these visits. I uploaded clear before-and-after photos showing the difference. At this point I do not want any more injections from this provider. I'm requesting a full refund due to the outcome and the time/money wasted. read more

Very disappointing Experience at Liquidvida Wellness Center - Pembroke Location I purchased a Groupon for 150 units of Dysport and scheduled an appointment accordingly. I arrived 15 minutes early to check in but ended up waiting 30 minutes past my scheduled time before being taken back. I had to ask the front desk for an update, and only then was I informed the injector was still with another client. Once I was finally seen, I was told--after the consultation--that they didn't have Dysport in stock. Instead, they offered Botox, which I personally prefer not to use due to its different efficacy and duration. Still, I was open to accepting the switch to avoid rescheduling. However, I was told I'd need to pay more for Botox. When I asked how much, the injector didn't know. I explained that I shouldn't be charged extra for a substitution due to their inventory oversight--especially after waiting so long and driving a considerable distance. The injector rudely said she needed management approval because, and I quote, "I only work here, I do not make the rules" but returned to say they wouldn't authorize an even exchange and that the Botox would cost "significantly more." Everyone knows there is not a significant price difference between the two products. The only difference in my situtation is they sold a Groupon at a discount. However, if they sold a product that was not in stock, they should offer an equivalent product for an even exchange especially when the non-discount pricing is equivalent. At that point, 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I declined treatment and requested a refund. What surprised me most was the lack of professionalism throughout the experience. No one--not the front desk, the injector, nor the manager (who was seated just a room away)--offered an apology for the delay, the inventory issue, or the poor handling of the situation. The office atmosphere felt indifferent at best, and I left feeling like they do not value their customers, only the money they get out of them. I've never felt compelled to leave a negative review for a cosmetic center until now, but this experience warranted it. I've since visited another local provider and had a great experience, confirming how poorly this visit was handled. Unfortunately, this location seems unwilling to take accountability or make reasonable accommodations for their own scheduling and inventory issues. I would not recommend the Pembroke location to others. There are many other Liquidvida locations in the area and would try one of those out instead. read more

I don't know why this place (especially on Groupon has such poor reviews). I had a 10/10 experience with Theresa last weekend. I called super last minute and they were flexible and booked me an appointment on a Saturday as requested. I have gotten my lips done twice at 2 other places in boca raton, so I've tried 3 places total and let me say my experience at Liquivida tops the others. I'll also add that the other places I've gotten my lips done at were much more expensive. Theresa was an absolute doll and really took her time with me. She really exceeded my expectations. My lips were a little uneven and she was so precise. I am symmetrical. The place was clean and friendly. This was my first visit and I will definitely be coming back. I could not recommend this place enough, and Theresa in specific. The prices are unbeatable and the results are the best in town. Thank you guys for making me feel confident again! read more

I've been to Liquivida multiple times, but I've never had an issue until recently. I was on my way to my appointment an hour from my house and was told as I was arriving to the location that the filler that I requested was not available since I had already made the trip out I agreed to receive an alternative juvaderm filler. That filler not being my initial pick due to its hydrophilic properties and my anatomy does not allow for any filler expansion. The filler then of course migrated and gave me a filler "mustache" I think had to go back to have my filler dissolved twice to attempt to fix the migration, so I essentially paid for a service I didn't even get to have. May have been a combination of injector/ filler. They had told me at the time I could return to have my lips refilled and since I had health concerns and some months have passed. I finally called to get scheduled and they deny ever mentioning my compensatory syringe. I will not return to this location beware of wasted time and money. Seemingly they treat patients who purchase the Groupon differently, if that were the case not sure why they offer it! Only care about getting paid rather than keeping their word and long standing patients. read more

spa is very modern and clean. I am sure the quality of their services should be good as well. I had a Groupon for a regular facial, and to be honest, it felt like they were just washing my face. He aesthetician I could tell was also not very into it, and there were also several interruptions while she was doing the service, which, at one point she even apologized for. I get the feeling that when you go into one of these places with a Groupon, it's of course one way of luring clientele into getting other more expensive services, but that doesn't take away that they should still have a good customer service attitude and make you feel like even if it's $100 groupon but you're still worth a good service and experience! read more

Showed up for my appointment today and was told it would be an extra $200 for the chin area- exactly what I came to consultation for a month ago. Bad business. There is a guy (who I heard is the manager) of the Pines location, how I heard him speak to a young lady in training was very upsetting, the poor girl was looking to have some Botox. Their Wellness Coordinator has a very vulgar mouth as well, he needs to cut that down when around people coming in for treatment. I woke up and decided I wanted lip filler on a whim. I called the store and the manager Santiago was very helpful and was able to get me an appointment that very day. The staff is polite and welcoming. The ambiance is calming and as far as cleanliness goes it's pristine. Paperwork is fast and I didn't have to wait very long before seeing Elsie. If you're getting your lips done I highly recommend her! She's amazingly sweet, thorough with the process and after care, knowledgeable and sympathetic to your pain. My lips look incredible! I scheduled a complimentary consultation , when I walked in I wasn't welcomed , the lady at the front wasn't welcoming at all , she was rude then she asked me for Id when I refused she called someone from the back , I told the guy I don't like the way she is talking to me and I decided to leave, they didn't try to say sorry or say anything to make me happy .I left and I will never go back to this place. read more
