It is back to business with this establishment The lotto section has been improved. A brand new lotto machine right there at the doors entrance if you're in a rush. The situation was very simple: I placed a DoorDash pickup order, paid for it, and the app clearly showed that it was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the store to collect it, he refused to hand over the order and instructed that I mark the order as "received" in the app first -- which is completely inappropriate. What made it even more ridiculous was that he then demanded that I stand inside the store and wait for the order status to update. Even after DoorDash called the store directly and told him to release the order to the customer, he still refused. After hanging up, he used extremely rude and insulting language toward the DoorDash representative.

That was until one of the guys pointed towards the doorway towards the back.... When you walk through, there's a ramp going down to a very large area with a crazy selection of spirits, beer and wine. There's also a lot of hard to find stuff as well. Some you have to pay up for but others have a really good relative price. The guys here were really friendly and very helpful. We took it home, and upon opening a beer and taking the first sip, we realized that it tasted horrible. Upon looking closer, we saw that the expiry date on the bottle was October '09--EIGHT MONTHS AGO. So he tried to take it back. The owner of the store started screaming "You didn't buy that here! Get out or I will call the police!" Yeah. I buy random old beer and then try to return it at a different store ALL the time. Plus, my husband is a pretty distinctive guy, chances are pretty high that he'd be recognized without much trouble. So, the owner is crazy, sells out of date items, and if you try to get a refund or exchange, he threatens to call the police. With so many liquor stores around, why bother going there? I'd give ten NEGATIVE stars if yelp would let me. One star is a gross overrating.
