After visiting across the street, I went to the main outlet mall area. It's a good place to get your steps in. There are a lot of stores, a food court and lots of tourists pushing luggage around, parking is parking. So just make sure to put your patient pants on. Still don't care for this mall and it's pretty aged at 26 years old. It looks older and I've been to older malls.

There's a hanging car right in the middle of the first floor that definitely catches your attention and adds to the whole vibe. I shop at EXPRESS often, and after this experience, I will definitely be returning to this location. I originally came in to make a return, but because Sean made the process so easy and pleasant, I ended up doing an exchange and purchasing additional clothing. He was consistently friendly, helpful, and smiling throughout the entire experience. It is filled with tourists due to the connected hotel and proximity to the airport, so even on a Tuesday it felt packed in here. The layout feels almost like a labyrinth but there is a lot of signage on where to go. Most of the stores are ones you can find at most malls, but there are quite a bit of 'unique' stores as well. You've also got the Crayola experience, which is pretty large. While this mall wouldn't be my first choice to go to, it does do the trick if you're needing your fix of big name stores.

When we first pulled into the parking lot, we were surprised at how lame the place looked. It comes off like a generic, run down strip mall that you probably have near your hometown, but never gave a seconds thought to. After walking around a bit, it was clear that there were no deals here. The pricing for most items we checked seemed to be on par with what you would pay online, maybe even a bit more. Also, the amount of inventory on hand was either erratic or sparse. In the end, the negative vibe of this place just sucked the energy out of us. We didn't find anything worth buying and it wasn't a pleasant place to walk around. Waste of time. Hopefully we'll make it to the Premium Outlet down the road on the next trip.

They have two separate Uber drop off and pick up areas and when you go in you have to go through security to go through and they scan and look at your bags which adds an extra layer of security. I will see if you're looking to do any shopping I would go to the Orlando premium outlets instead since the prices are pretty high-end, but most of the food places offered great options and they also have a lot of nighttime entertainment available. There's also a movie theater and a bowling alley there. There is many places to choose from to get a drink or even to find a sweet treat. I will say the bathroom situation is overwhelming since the women's room tends to have a long line and the bathrooms also aren't clean. There is also a lot of people so be prepared to push your way through crowds, especially of screaming children.
