We took both home with us and they were packaged very well for the take out order. The food was fantastic and we were pretty impressed by the burger. It is one of my new favorites of the county. They used wagyu beef patties and the burger was rich and juicy. An excellent burger. While we waited for our food we enjoyed a cold refreshing brew on the patio. Chef Phil cooked, cleaned (counter/stove tops, took out the trash, loaded and started dishwasher), and provided nice to-go containers for leftovers. He did everything within 2 hours of arrival for two of us. The leftovers the next day were just as flavorful as freshly served! Reserve your date WELL in advance as his schedule stays full. Is it affordable? YES! I paid Chef Phil the same amount as going to a 5 star steak restaurant in Tulsa or Dallas and that included his time/travel (he should charge more!).
