They had a gourmet hot dog stand/ truck outside in the front of the brewery. This isn't a typical brewery set up when you walk in, there's a gift shop you order a beer right there with from friendly staff. It was a 50+ degree "winter" day, it felt natural to order a stout beer. The beers were on the more pricey side, but the beverage comes with complementary glassware to take home. It was weird, but it felt kind of natural that there were people under 21 since there was the hotdog stand and we brought our six month old baby. There are a few people with dogs, which I would recommend. I somehow ordered the best peanut butter stout I've ever had, which was a variation of their Opossum Pouch Stout. My spouse got a pumpkin spice brown ale, which was a variation of their Bigfoot Brown Ale. I won't lie, but normally I go halves with my spouse that comes to food and drinks... Our hand-selected menu: - Prime Grade 16 oz Ribeye - American Wagyu 20 oz - Caesar salad (requested no anchovies but he usually adds them) - Brussels and crispy pork belly - Mushroom risotto - Smoked Gouda Mac and cheese - Herbed fresh green beans - Chocolate whiskey cake He will take custom food orders as well (even fresh seafood!). I cannot explain how EVERY bite of every item had incredible flavor. Delicious is an understatement. Chef Phil cooked, cleaned (counter/stove tops, took out the trash, loaded and started dishwasher), and provided nice to-go containers for leftovers. He did everything within 2 hours of arrival for two of us. The leftovers the next day were just as flavorful as freshly served! Reserve your date WELL in advance as his schedule stays full. Is it affordable? YES! I paid Chef Phil the same amount as going to a 5 star steak restaurant in Tulsa or Dallas and that included his time/travel (he should charge more!). The burger was juicy and had lots of flavor. They offered sweet potato fries as a side, but I have never had them made this way. They come with powdered sugar and cinnamon on top. Very good.
