This place is a gem! The staff are always friendly & service is always quick. They have a drive try too. Located next to Sprouts, in a strip mall, it's convenient. I get cases of my favorite wine (out of Oregon) ordered and shipped to them w/o up charge. read more

Drove all the away across town for some hard to find Bourbon. I was told it was in stock at another store and they were holding it for me. Found out they had held the wrong bottle and I drove 1 hour for nothing. I looked up liquor stores on Yelp and found the Liquor Vault. They had 2 bottles and it saved the day! The only business besides one location in Gibert who had it in stock. They have a drive thru, though being new and at night I didn't know where to find it. They are right next to the Italiano restaurant and there are two designated spots to park specifically for this store. I was so thankful as the parking lot was packed. Customer service was great. It is a small place packed to the hike. Customer service was awesome and appreciated, both by phone and in person. read more

Was looking to pick something up to make drinks in a hotel room (vacation), on our way back from activities. They were very nice. Next to an Italian restaurant that seemed very popular. Parking was a little funky because the restaurant was so busy and the second time there, the closest entrance door was locked, making me think they were closed. read more

Great little shop, wish I could recommend ten times over. Especially if you are like me and bourbon hunting for some great bottles that are not as common on shelves. I almost hesitated to write this review and I wanted to keep this place a personal bourbon honey hole. Inside is packed with options and pretty much everything is out on display and self-service. The staff were very nice and helpful. I was traveling for work and snagged a few bottles to come back with me, and each time I'm in Scottsdale I will be back for more! read more

Was in the neighborhood and needed a place to get 2 bottles of wine for a dinner party. Found the Liquor Vault on Yelp. I walked in and was greeted by a nice guy. He asked me if I needed any help and I declined only because I knew I wanted a bottle of Cabernet and some type of white; didn't think I could get any Wisconsin Late Harvest Riesling/Octoberfest like I would from Von Stiehl Winery in Algoma, WI MY FAVORITE ) so, I needed help finding a white! Ended up with these 2 bottles from Lodi, CA. I chose the Cab by the cool artwork on the label... He told me this was a great choice! Boy o boy! He was right! He suggested a Chardonnay (which I do not like at all...) or the Michael David Sauvignon Blanc. As I was checking out, I found out that these nice people were from the Milwaukee area, my neighbors to the south of Green Bay! (No wonder they were so welcoming!) Both choices did not disappoint! Know that I will be back & become a regular once I make the move to Arizona from Wisconsin!! read more

Great selection of alcohol. They even had much sought after Blanton's Bourbon (EXTREMELY hard to find). Will definitely be visiting again.

I have been going here for awhile, my gf is the one that took me to this place the first time, ever since I have been going, they are always helpful and friendly, if I ask for any recommendations, they always help me out. My girlfriend just was there earlier with her friend through the drive thru but she forgot her ID and got denied by a tall middle age Caucasian male that works around 730 pm ona Tues was very rude ,so she told him she will come back with her ID, he still continued to be rude wouldn't sell to her and accused her of fraud when her ID was obviously her's. Love these guys! Went in looking for the Hendrick's seasonal Gins: Midsummer Solstice (infused with floral essences) and the Orbium (with Wormwood extract.) They were out and made a special order for me for a Friday pick up. I stopped back in on Friday and voila: both were in! I was looking to gift a nice bottle of Tequila to a retiring colleague. The problem; I live in Philly and he lives in Scottsdale. But one call to the Liquor vault was all it took. Firstly they gave some great advice over which bottle of Don Julio to get and then also were amazing with delivery. They delivered in a specific day, and even managed to get past the security gate of the gated community. Easier said than done as my friend did not return their call as he had to rush to hospital. My appreciation that despite no one answering the call, they persisted, got through security and delivered a fantastic bottle of tequila is huge. TJ, Peter, and the entire Liquor Vault crew are as good as it gets, which is fantastic! In addition to their ultra convenient drive-thru, their prices are at least as good as all the competition. And their selection is the best in town too. What truly sets Liquor Vault aside is their superior customer service. If you want something they don't already stock, they'll get it for you. And enjoying Full Sail's Session Ale (look up Session Beer on wikipedia) like I do, they always have some icy cold, on hand. We've referred many friends and neighbors over the years. I wanted to get my friend Marc a Father's Day gift and I live in LA and he lives in Scottsdale. He has a hilarious love of Mickeys (yup the Malt Beverage kind) so I thought it would be funny to find a place in AZ to deliver him a case just in time for Father's Day. So Google brought me to Liquor Vault, I shot them an email late one night and Peter wrote me right back. He was super friendly and told me to call the next day, so I did. He is honestly the nicest guy ever, I ordered up a case of Mickeys and asked him if he could add a message and deliver it. He went a step beyond and offered to go to another store and buy a card for me to attach to the present! Seriously?! That is amazing customer service! So I took him up on the offer, told him something with golf or baseball would be awesome, emailed him the message for the card and he said he would handle it and give me a call when it was delivered. He did just that, literally called me as it was being dropped off. I wish I lived in AZ just so I could go support this business! Peter really went the extra mile and it is so appreciated. What a store! Reasonably priced liquor and what a selection of whisky. Even had some allocated bottles that weren't marked up more than 2-3%. Not a vast selection (think total wine)but you will definitely walk away with something nice. Highly recommended. read more
