They have outdated information from four years ago and every single time I go there they say they cannot find my prescriptions, but they "found an old profile" they have to merge they said they have put in merge request. I have done this over 10 times since January of 2024 (writing this July 2025). Most of the time, the pharmacists are rude as well. All of this ends up in getting delayed prescriptions by 1-2 weeks.

This is the gas station that is closest to my house so that's the reason why I have stopped various times, but after a year of poor service, I decided that I would drive the extra few blocks to get my gas and snacks at a different gas station. The customer service has been poor every time I have stopped by. The gentlemen working there will pretty much ignore you when they don't have anybody at the front desk until you ask for help. When they aren't ignoring you, they carry out your transaction without eye contact, or any kindness at all. I don't know if they are like this with everyone but it's been my experience. I think a year of giving them a chance is way more than enough time.

As far as inside offerings, I'm not one to to typically talk up convenience store food, but if you're short on time, they do have low-cost offerings inside the store, there's even a whole section on their website on "QT Kitchen" which offers a selection of items like sausage biscuits, pizza, hot dogs, etc. Plenty to go for. All in all, it's a gas station, and for Arizona the prices are competitively low and the service is good. Overall the customer experience is emphasized. What more can you ask for?
