If you head down the road a little further to East Willistion at Hillside Ave. you can save some $$$. Limited parking for the Albertson station in a nearby lot or on the street. This station doesn't get too crowded during rush hours and the crowds are generally friendly. This is an Oyster Bay line station, that means the trains are few and far between. If you miss your train be prepared to wait. There is no taxi stand nearby to save you.

When we got to the car, instead of saying hi or being professional, he rudely told us we were making him late because he had to go to Smithtown after us. Then, he drove us to the WRONG AIRPORT. For the trip back, I got a text from Damian Smith when we landed, telling us he was running late. I appreciated the heads-up. He said it would be about 35 minutes, which would have been only a short wait for us after getting our bags, but it ended up being over an hour and 40 minutes. We kept checking in with phone calls and texts and he always said he was very close and would be there soon. At one point he said he had stopped to get gas. Then he said he was very close and that we should come outside. So we waited another ten minutes in the cold with our newborn baby after a 2 hour flight and he still wasn't there. I called him and demanded to know where he was, explaining that my newborn was cold and hungry and he hung up on me. Not knowing what else to do, I called the company to complain and cancel the ride. Just as he was pulling up, the company hung up on me. Damian now wants to talk to me "man to man". He said the safety of his passengers is his number one priority and that he had to get his wheel fixed, as if I should have both known that was what was really going on, and that I should have been grateful that was the reason he was late, instead of doing the right thing and letting us and the company know so other arrangements could be made. He denied hanging up on me. And felt he had to explain that he was in the right because the wheel needed to be fixed. He also told us he had to drive to Canada the next day. When he got us home, he said "See? You're home safe." As if he was a hero. Worst experience ever.

I was so surprised that I instantly hung up without so much as uttering, "wtf....?" Scary. Going to schedule an Uber and a Lyft and hope for the best even though it's a 3 am pickup.

After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. I was quoted a written price for pickup at JFK airport in the baggage claim area. The flight came in early, the services were rendered, and the next day they charged my credit card beyond what was quoted, including a "wait fee" - however, since the flight came in early, the driver did not wait. It is unfair business practice to charge someone more money, without consulting them, just because you have their credit card on file. I immediatly contacted the business and asked them to give me credit for that unfair charge - they said they would get back to me in 2 days, but I never heard back from anybody. Buyer beware! They'll rip you off and not even get back to you....take your business elsewhere.
