But both cakes looked like a child tried to bake them. The cakes themselves tasted like week old box cakes. The icing was very good, but that doesn't change the fact that this was supposed to be a "professional" level bakery. I guess we should have known when we had to go to her physical house to pick up the cakes instead of an actual business front. We contacted her after we received the cakes and she offered a full refund and a 30 dollar voucher. Now she is completely refusing to refund our money and is ghosting us. 1 star because 0 isn't an option. I would personally not recommend this lady to anyone.
