The staff were all so kind and helpful. While I was waiting for my appointment, one of the women showed me these awesome products they carry that are not only makeup, but sunscreen as well. Essentially, I could go to the beach with a full face of makeup and not smell like traditional sunscreen or look greasy. I love that. The walls of this place are decorated with gorgeous art and in some of the rooms you can see the original brick walls of the building showing. The Diamond Glow treatment itself was not painful at all, but gave me the result of cleaned out pores. The suction takes out all the gook and replaces it with the serum of your skin professional's choosing (my serum was a hydrating one). The entire treatment was short enough to fall in my lunch hour, and was non abrasive enough for me to walk out and show the world my cleaned face. This is truly a luxury experience. Anything you want, coffee, tea, water, a more youthful complexion, can all be given to you here. I will definitely be back for more sessions.

Massage envy is NOT A MILITARY FRIENDLY company. To pause your membership requires filling out forms and prevents you from using your credits you already paid for. Should you accumulate extra credits due to their scheduling issues or during periods you are on orders, you'll find yourself with a backlog of credits. They will then punish you for trying to work through that backlog by fees for transferring to family members and fees to pause your subscription and still use the credits you paid for. Save yourself some stress and money and go somewhere else.

This is STILL the result. Normally I'd just go back, but my wedding is in 2 days and you're an hour away! My toes look horrible and smudged. The massage was pretty good but she didn't work on my lower back as I asked. If she had it would have been a very good massage. My back was actually still sore when I left. Facial was OK (but she was SO kind and caring). Unfortunately she left exfoliating cream all over my neck. I was wiping it off all the way home. And my face felt so oily (I don't have oily skin). The staff were all INCREDIBLY nice and it was a VERY clean facility. The staff was absolutely the best part of the experience but I'm so so so disappointed that my toes look like this for my wedding. I should just redo them myself since it's another 60 bucks to redo them somewhere else. And within a couple days of my wedding is a huge stress.
