Yeah come in & take a gander, you never know what might find.

She told me my windows were ordered and due to be delivered various times and when it came time for them to show up, she stalled for another week, only to find out she never ordered them!!....AGAIN! Kevin Simone is incompetent in his profession. I honestly do not know how they stay in business. The framing on my gut rehab was issued a stop work order by the building inspectors in Newburyport as the framing was so shoddy, and structurally unsound. They were told to hire an structural engineer to correct their deficiencies, which stalled my project for almost another 7 months! They had to rip off a new roof they put on the year before because it wasn't attached to the framing! Do yourself a favor and RUN AWAY from them. Do NOT fall for her sob stories...again, she is a professional scam artist and the building inspectors and other reputable builders in the Newburyport/Plum Island area will attest to this.
