    We had purchased a couch that was far too large to fit up our stairway and into our living room. We contacted Melo and Sons requesting an appointment on a Sunday Evening and they were at our place at 10am Monday (the next day) to disassemble and reassemble the couch in our living room (they even shifted up the appointment time to beat the rain which was greatly appreciated). When we thought all hope was lost for our couch, Melo and Sons came through! Their years of experience and expertise became quickly evident as they were able to disassemble, move, and reassemble our couch in under 3-hours. We were amazed at the result and very pleased with their work. Everyone on the team (Joanne, Nino, Mike, and George) were incredibly nice and professional. I would highly recommend Melo and Sons!

    I have an oversized sofa that needed to be taken apart to get into our apartment. Well, we bought a house and need to get it out of our tiny apartment. So glad that Melo and Sons were able to help us once again. Professional, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend them.

    We purchased a couch that was just a tad too large to fit through the doorway to our living room. I reached out and Joanne was so quick to respond and such a pleasure to work with. She reassured me that they could solve the problem I was having. Mike and George came by today and took just 1 hour to disassemble and reassemble the couch in it's rightful place. I couldn't be happier!!! So professional and nice to work with!

    This has been the worst experience with a service provider ever! I chose this company because of yelp reviews and recommendations from a parent group. Two men arrive to disassemble my couch. After doubting my couch is from Boston Interiors(it is!) they begin working. I live in a two family house, second floor. They are down by the garage(right below my bedroom, I can hear everything they're doing and saying). Not long after, I hear struggling in my front entryway. They are trying to get the couch upstairs, forcefully! Ummm....didn't I pay you so this didn't have to happen?!?! They can't get it up. They go back downstairs to remove legs. A little bit later, couch is upstairs, reassembled. Now, during this time, one of the men is very unprofessional. Berating the other one, yelling from downstairs, while the other is in my kitchen, unbeknownst to me. I thought it was my son until I got up to see. I guess he was looking for an outlet. There's several in the living room. The whole ordeal was haphazard! I point out the the rude one, they damaged the couch, he proceeded to ask numerous questions, which were irrelevant and non of his business. Pretty much insinuating that that was previous damage. This couch was in pristine condition before they got to it. I'm so appalled and disgusted at this point. They leave and I immediately call the office. I related to Joanne my experience and sent an email with photos and video of the damage. By the way, Joanne has been amazing throughout everything. She apologized and said she would send a tech out and we'd talk about a partial refund. A little over a week later, the tech(owner) arrives. As I started to show and tell him of the damage, he cuts me off, yelling, telling my I'm lying, his guys have worked with him for 30 years and there's no way they did this, etc. He's irate! Never apologizes for my experience, inconvenience, nothing! Just accuses my of lying. My husband is getting upset at this point because he's screaming at me. I'm trying to calm them both. He says he doesn't care about the client, just that his guys are not liars and he's been in the business 30 years. I try to show him the damage in the entryway, again he says he doesn't care. He tells me to take him to court, it's going to take forever anyway. I never mentioned court, not once! I just wanted him to calm down and assess the damage, repair and provide a refund. He went to get his tools to start the repair. I asked about the refund and he's says he's not giving me anything. At this point, I refuse the repair and say, well I guess I'll see you in court. He grabs his things and storms out. I'm so upset! It's beyond me that an owner of a business would behave in such a manner, in a customer's home! My son came out his room after he left, he gave me a hug and said "I'm sorry mom, you didn't deserve to be treated that way". This guy should be ashamed! Now I have the headache of going to court! I forgot to mention, he said he docked the guys pay. Why do that if you believe that they did no damage? He also said I wasted an hour and a half of their time. Excuse me! I paid them for their time. Just crazy!

    Long sectional Couch

    If I could rate 10 stars I would!! They were so amazing. Could never tell the couch was taken apart and put back together. Joanne was very responsive. Melo and sons is the go to place for knock down service!

I had no idea if this was a huge issue or a small one. I called Mr. Handyman and the staff is so very professional. They explain how they work and how much it costs by the hour. They sent Amir who was very kind and professional. He showed up on time. He worked quite quickly. He found the problem, bought the parts, and fixed my issue. He had to come back to grout as the tiles needed to dry. He showed up on time the second time and also worked quickly. Luckily the issue was just in the baseboard and Amir explained how the damage happened and made sure to seal everything well. They are licensed and insured and all the workers have a minimum of 15 years of experience. I felt very safe hiring them. I am happy with the end result. Thank you, Mr. Handyman and Amir!

    I received service from Mr. Handyman from Peabody MA. The handyman, Edward Hickey, who did our…read morework was great. He repaired our ceiling. However, we would not recommend their service, unless for emergency because of the the lack of transparancy with the fees and charges. We were quoted $800 + materials for a job that actually took 4 hours, and they charged us the higher amount rather than adjust our fee to the actual time, which was much less than quoted by the administrative person based on a picture that we sent. It's clear that they are looking to make a quick dollar and not retain customers!.
