Stay away from this location as they will lie to you and give you misleading information on your items. I took two watches to Lisa to replace the batteries. She told me both item needed repairs and needed to go to factory for repairs. I was not satisfied with her inspections as neither watch looked as if they backs had been tampered with so I took them to a real repairman in Hurst who informed me me that she had not opened either of the watches. Lisa is so creative and listened well to me to hear what I was really wanting. I had a piece of jewelry that was my mom's and I valued that - but I wanted it to now reflect me. Called around to a couple places to see how much it would cost to get links taken out of my watch and get the battery replaced in my new Michael Kors watch (since I had heard that it can be pricey sometimes). I like using local stores as opposed to big chain companies. Another local store wanted to charge me $60+! Called her for a quote then went in and only paid $20 and she did it in maybe 10 minutes. Lisa made my wedding ring and it is just so wonderful and pretty.It was a a custom made ring and she got the diamonds and was so very informative about everything. I am so happy to see my ring every day on my hand and to know it's not one ring everybody wears it like when you go to the mall .Lisa's ring is unique,personal,pretty,lovelyl and nobody else has the same.
