Lina gave me the most amazing facial massage I've ever had and explained all of the steps that she was doing. I enjoyed the different masks that felt cold on my skin, it was a nice feeling! None of the products used burnt or irritated my skin. My mom said this was the best facial she's ever had and I've gifted her many over the years! The only two downsides to this establishment was 1. The parking which took me 20 minutes, the area is kind of weird and doesn't have much street parking and 2. The room I was in was right next to the front desk so I could hear people loudly talking. The place is small but cozy and very clean loved every minute of it. I went for the 90 min microdermabrasion to treat my hyper pigmentation problem which I've been dealing with for the past 3 long and stressful years. I've done laser and microdermabrasion in the past with very little to no results. But after doing some research on melasma there isn't a permanent solution for it. These treatments temporarily fix the problem but once exposed to the sun without the proper protection the hyper pigmentation comes back again. Anyway, to make my story short after Liana's first microdermabrasion treatment and the creams she used I noticed a lighter and smoother skin and complexion. She took before and after pictures to track the progress as I plan to continue with the treatment for about 4 more times. I also booked myself for other treats like a body scrub and ear candling (which I'm so curious to get done) I will keep posting my results for those dealing with melasma like myself. God bless

I don't remember the name of the woman who did my toes but she did an excellent job. She paid close attention and this was one of the best pedicures I've ever gotten. I docked off a star because she didn't do as good of a job on my hands. The shapes were a bit uneven. Some were more square than others. The staff was pleasant and gave me a small bottle of water during my visit. I would still come back and maybe speak up a bit more! OK Get in the room and the tech does my bikini first, then says OK. I said, I am also here for a full leg. So she proceeds to do the legs. I felt that the she didn't leave the wax on long enough and there were times I felt like my skin was being scrapped with the stick as the wax was dried on it. I get home and wait for the redness to go away and then I saw that a whole line up my thigh was NOT done...from knee to hip. The next day (today) I see that there are more lines/patches that still have hair, so now I need to Nair what was missed. The whole purpose of getting waxed was so I didn't have to worry about my legs for my cruise this week. They may be excellent with nails, I will give them a shot at my pedicure tomorrow, but they need to improve their waxing skills before I go back for that service. ADDITIONAL REVIEW: I was contacted by the salon after posting the original review and they did the right thing! They offered to redo my waxing as the original technician was on a trial basis, she was not hired. They also gave me a discount on my pedi, which came out awesome.
