If you haven't supported this small business, you should; you won't regret it AND just looking at her creation will make you smile. Take lots of photos because it is a piece of ART. I first came across Lisa's Bouqcakes on a friend's FB page. And since I love to try new places, I reached out to Lisa because my daughter's birthday was around the corner and I wanted to surprise her. User friendly process, easy to understand website. You fill out an inquiry form with dates and the product you're interested in and the color scheme. Then Lisa gets back to you within hours, if not the next morning. It was refreshing to work with someone who cares about the details and gives you all the information. When the order was ready, she texted me and sent me a photo of the finished product. Lisa provides detailed instructions regarding how to keep the cakes or cupcakes until your event and even where to load in your car. The price is a little more than your average cupcake shop but, oh, so worth it! Trust me...it's worth every dollar. The look on my girl's face though? Priceless. Thank you so much, Lisa, for your artistry, excellent service, and lovely cupcakes. Until next time!

I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY'RE NOT FLOWERS! Upon receiving the white box, I naturally assumed there were pastries inside. However, when I looked through the cellophane window, I discovered a garden. I opened the box to make sure my eyes were not deceiving me. Alas, they were not. Inside the box were perfectly cultivated, circular floral arrangements. "What an odd way to display flowers," I thought to myself. Beautiful, yes. But new to me. I reached in to carefully remove one of the floral arrangements and discovered a delicate, almost fluffy base beneath the flowers. I grasped the base and uprooted the blossom from its place in the box only to see that the base was not the foam I expected...but the familiar accordion folds of a cupcake wrapper! Unfolding the paper, my eyes feasted upon none other than cake. Plot twist: It was an actual cupcake! I struggled between the desire to preserve such art and the sweet tooth that was yearning for a taste. The sweet tooth won the internal war and I sunk my teeth into the most decadent, moist, delicious cake. Rich with flavor yet airy and light. It was perfect! The frosted flowers melted in my mouth and mixed with the cake, creating a symphony of flavor. "Egads!" I thought, "They taste as great as they look!"

Lisa was kind enough to accept my last minute order for some cupcakes to celebrate my friend's birthday. The ordering process was easy, as was pickup (from her home). My friends all thought the cupcakes were gorgeous and tasty! Not too sweet and very fresh tasting. 100% would order from her again for another special occasion.

Lisa did such an amazing job on the cake and cupcakes for our Mother's Day Brunch! Ordering, communication and pick up was a breeze and she even provided Happy Mother's Day post for the cake. We had a vanilla cake with lemon and custard and a dozen chocolate cupcakes. Everyone loved how balanced the cake was, the cake & cupcakes weren't overly sweet and the buttercream cream flowers taste amazing. There wasn't a single slice of cake left at the end of the our brunch! Only regret was we should have ordered a larger cake! THANK YOU AGAIN!! Can't wait to place another order!

I'm always looking for novel gifts or party additions and I just found Lisa's Bouqcakes. I ordered the cupcakes and found these to be incredibly beautiful. There is such detail in the rose petals, leaves and the use of the multicolored icings. The cake is moist and has great flavor - soooo much better than the cardboard taste of some of the sheet cakes I've had at other parties. After reading the wonderful reviews and seeing pics on Yelp, I found Lisa's Bouqcakes. It was easy corresponding with Lisa (all via email) and her order forms were easy to follow. I gave her a rough sense of my idea for my Mom's 82nd birthday cake and her creation exceeded my expectations. The cake was not only beautiful but it was delicious. I found Lisa after having a terrible experience with another local baker. I'm so glad I did! Lisa was so prompt and kind in her communications and really listened to what I wanted for my custom cake. Pick up was easy to schedule and she was flexible with my date change as well. The cake was SO GOOD. Not too sweet and very moist. The buttercream kept very well as well, both on display and afterwards so we were able to enjoy the leftovers for the next day. I'm so glad I came across her business! I turn and ask the lady after she was done with her customer how much for this delight? She said it's $24. Without question I grabbed said pie, and went to the register. I told her that Berry is my favorite, and she went on to say that every Friday is Pie Day. She also mentioned that if I ever needed anything in particular, I could call ahead. She could have it prepared for me. Wonderful lady and beautiful service. Might I add that a pie of this weight and stature normally runs about $35 even $40 in some places. We had a slice the next day because I could not bear it any longer. Without lie this is the best pie I've had in years!!!! Years or even perhaps ever. It has to be realized that if there is Berry Pie of any kind on the menu it will be ordered even to go. There were actual whole berries, and it was not full of sugar like some pies. You can taste the natural fruit of summer, and the crust was perfection!!!! Now I have to wait for a Birthday to order a cake. I'm sure it will be divine! I believe I stopped by around 6PM and they still had plenty of desserts in the display case to pick from.

Some of these complaints sound less like "bad customer service" and more like entitlement. Businesses are allowed to verify promotions. That's not discrimination, that's basic fraud prevention. So thank you to Nothing Bundt Cakes for continuing to offer a generous birthday gift while still having standards in place. Apparently asking adults to show proof of birthdate is now controversial.
