It did take some effort (several emails and voice mails). A couple of weeks before the wedding, I wanted to know where/when the flowers from the florist should get delivered so that she can put them on the cake. When I didn't hear back from Negar, I contacted my florist and she responded immediately that I don't need to worry. Negar delivers the cake to the venue, and the flowers are added there. Phew! So my only negative comment is that communications is not great, but persevere because the cake will be worth it! On the day of the wedding, seeing that beautiful cake on the table, it was just what we had imagined. We got great advice from Negar that we should order only enough cake for about 75% of your guests, and sure enough, that was plenty. Not only was the cake beautiful, but it tasted just as good. It was so moist, and you can really tastes the strawberry flavor in the filling. It was just as we remembered from the tasting. We had so many compliments on the cake. So don't give up if you can't reach Negar. She does everything herself, and is a totally sweet person to work with. The cake will be worth it.

The kids can have the stale tasteless overly sweet macarons from the grocery store, their immature taste buds aren't yet deserving of these. Lol! The filling was creamy and rich with elegant buttercream, but no so rich that it's sickly sweet. What I mean to say it that they were perfectly balanced. The creator has all of my appreciation and respect! I'm saving her number because these are the most impressive and satisfying macarons that I've tasted in a very long time. What happened next was a flurry of excitement as we called in other people from our building, and even delivery people to come look at the cake! The cake was designed to look like legal books with a piece of notepad paper and even an edible pen. The chocolate-filled books had a frosting layer under the fondant (all vegan) and moist chocolate cake with a layer of chocolate fudge in the middle. It was really good and much easier to cut into than we expected. It was a really big hit in our office and more than one person asked for the number to show other friends and family. Even took pictures of the outside and inside of the beautiful cake. The amazing art cake showed a true talent of baking. I could never do something like this and was really impressed at the taste and design. I would recommend Cakes By Bless (Bless is the lady's name who bakes the cakes) to any friend with a themed party or celebration. She made my daughter's birthday cake for her preschool. It was yummy. Everyone loved it. It was all fresh cream chocolate cake. There was one special thing that khyati did and God bless her for this.. There was one kid in the class with many many food allergies and it was hard for me to find any cake bakery shop who can accomodate the girls request and also to make eggless cake for rest of the class. I must have called every damn cake shop to make it eggless and nut free and ofcourse ton of allergy consideration. Finally i found khyati. And she agreed to help me with very reasonable prices.. The girls mom had tears in her eyes cos this was 1st ever time in 4 yrs the gal had her 1st ever professionally made cake. No1 made any for her and every birthday they would bake it at home by themself. Thanks khyati for all ur love and support the family still remembers you and we too..
