This is the best doggy day care! My dog loves it (he goes to many many day cares and I can tell he…read moreloves coming here the most when I drop him off) They have a large outside area for dogs to play in and the inside is always clean and does not smell like pee. They keep the small dogs behind the counter and the larger dogs separate. I think they also let the dogs play based on sizes. The best part is that the owner and the workers truly love dogs. You can trust them with your babies and will go the extra mile to make sure they have fun. The owner also tries to train the dog once in a while. I come here every week and it tires my crazy dog out. Also, they have the cutest dog beds and decor. (Not for sale but for the dogs to nap on during doggy day care)

Recently, I was trying to use a promotion at a Florida location, but it wasn't showing on my account. I called the Columbia location and Alex was able to resolve the issue quickly and effortlessly. She was beyond sweet and went above and beyond. What impressed me even more was that Alex remembered my pups after 10 months! That personal touch made me feel truly valued as a customer. The facility is always clean, and I love the giant viewing window where you can watch the dogs playing in the pool. The live cameras are fantastic too. I was able to check on my dogs anytime while they were boarding, even from states away. Most importantly, my dogs absolutely loved going here, and I always felt confident knowing they were being cared for by a staff that genuinely loves and cares for the animals. She was erratic when I got her. I figured just excitement...then she went downhill. It was like a 360. She was disoriented and seemed confused. Choosing to pee on concrete over the grass which I've only saw her do once before...when she was on meds from spay surgery. She wasn't barking at incoming house guests (she barks at all people who come to the house). Everyone kept saying she's off. Her subdued behavior and slow movements were unlike her. I reached out via email to see if she was treated for something or given any type of meds, or generally asking if someone could give me some insight into her stay as she came back not as she was. Still no response. I would not recommend. I also saw a said video of a women on TikTok whose dog was injured at a different Pet Paradise and the place was completely mute on the matter. Please be weary of this place. We will not be going back due to these issues experienced and lack of professionalism from the business.

I can tell they spend quality time with my pets and follow the extra steps to correctly administer medication. They are also very neat and tidy, I don't come home to any dirty petfood dishes and the house is always locked up securely. The sitter even remembers to put the garbage bin out, which I always forget to do! We will definitely continue using and recommending this service to others in the area.

Her communication is on point! She sends texts after each visit to update you and even leaves a checklist with days, times, what was done, etc... You will never wonder how your animals are doing with them in her care. My older cat has to have medication and Kathy administers it with a loving touch and ease. My other two cats are still kittens and need to be worn out. Kathy always spends a little extra time with them to make sure they get some love, attention and exercise. We are incredibly grateful that we found such a great pet sitter for our girls! All of our cats adore her! Even the one who usually hides from strangers. We feel completely comfortable knowing that she is taking such great care of our cats! You will too!
