Super Mom mode was activated when I was heading home from an event and called my son to make sure he had everything ready for prom. In true teenage boy fashion, he casually said, "I think I need a corsage." WHAT?! It was 3 PM on a Saturday, prom night, and corsages are usually preordered to match colors. I searched flower shops near me, but most were closed or closing. I finally called Lisa's Flowers. At first, they didn't have exactly what I needed, so I called other places. No one else would even try to help me same day. I called Lisa's Flowers back and asked if they had white since it goes with everything. As I was frantically driving to the store, my son sends me his prom colors ,teal blue!! Not a simple red or green... teal blue, which is super hard to find last minute! I quickly let him know he was getting white and would just have to make it work. I got to Lisa's Flowers, and to my surprise, they were literally making the corsage for me AND a boutonniere on the spot! Then they asked me to choose ribbon, and somehow by the grace of God ,they had ribbon that perfectly matched my son's teal blue prom colors!!! Lisa's Flowers truly saved prom night for us. I love Lisa's Flowers! I have used them about times three now and their service is what sticks out to me the most. They make pick up super easy for when I didn't want to pay for delivery. But even when I did go for delivery, the person was nice and personable with the drop off. And the flowers would arrive perfectly arranged every time. Their arrangements are so beautiful and just feel different than what I see elsewhere. I have tried the general arrangement, a birthday arrangement, and a V-Day arrangement; all were stunning and it was hard to choose. Lisa did a wonderful job with 10+ orders of funeral wreaths of all different colors for a funeral. Lisa even helped print Chinese characters on the ribbons for each wreath. As long as you E-mail her what you want to write on the ribbon, she'll gladly assist. The ribbons had a gold trim which looks nice. The funeral wreaths were all delivered on time before the Funeral at 8:30AM. I was worried that more than 10 wreaths would be a lot to deliver on time but Lisa outperformed my expectations! I highly recommend Lisa and especially if you're a Vietnamese speaker. Most of our communication was through phone calls and text messages with a little bit of English because we had so many funeral wreaths to order back and forth from other family members wanting to order. I ordered a $157 Valentine's Day "Premium" bouquet delivery on January 31, 2022. On February 14th at 4 pm there had been no delivery so I called Lisa's Flowers Shop here in San Jose, CA. They said, "oh no, we will get that out in 2 hours''. Later that evening I received a refund email. No phone call, no sorry, just an auto-generated email from Bloomnation. It was Bloomnation's responsibility and I blame them for directing / pawning off my order to a crap florist. Lisa's Flower Shop is now on my "BANNED" list. I do not taking banning businesses lightly, in fact there is only 1 other business on my "Banned" list at all; that is Taco Bell for removing the Enchirito. read more

We ordered flowers for a special event, it was over a holiday weekend and Lisa was the only florist who was available on the holiday Monday. I apologize that I didn't take a photo of the flowers when we received them, the arrangement was beautiful, and more importantly, the flowers have lasted over a week!
