Love my girl Mya!! I have been using her for over 15 years. I will never go anywhere else!!

Mya is top tier! I love her she does great work on nails and always is up for a good conversation too :) Kim is also fantastic! The pedicures are really great here they have little sanders to buff off excess dead skin on your heels! I love it and leaves them feeling extra smooth. They always have good movies playing in the TVs which I enjoy a lot so you don't feel awkward if you don't want to talk you can just watch the movie! Another thing to note is I am a larger lady and they have these black foam holders when getting a pedicure so you don't have to hold your leg up for a long time and ache. I also religiously get my eyebrows waxed here! They are the best and I don't trust my eyebrows with just anyone! I love this salons homey atmosphere and I am happy to continue to go there. read more

Im not sure as to why I got my nails done a week ago and the gel is already coming off, I knew better when I tried to give this place another chance. Never again years later still the same problems, I do really like the gentleman that did my nails but I'm over this place never again. read more

Came here on today after church to get my nails repolished. Anyone who knows anything about gel polish knows that the process of removing is for it to be soaked off using acetone that's applied to the nail directly via cotton and foil. The purpose of the soak off is so that the gel polish can be SCRAPPED off as oppose to being DRILLED off. Using th drill removes the polish AND layers of your natural nail. The drilling method has been adopted by many nail salons to save time when they are rushing your service. I don't want to be rushed and I want the service that I'm requesting which is the original way of the gel nail process. After the initial drilling to remove the top layer of gel so that the acetone could soak in and began to lift the gel polish, the male tech wrapped my nails. Not even 5 minutes later he came to "check" my nails but also was ready to drill. I declined politely and asked for them to continue soaking. He had an issue and I continued to be kind, appreciative and respectful all the while saying I do not want to the drill. He couldn't handle my firm request without complaining but he wrapped my nails again. He came back in about another 10 minutes and pretend to scrap the polish off and was like I'm sorry but you gonna have to get someone else to do it. I thanked him and proceed to scrap the polish off myself. I told the lead tech about it as it was happening initially and then again when I showed her how I did what he claimed he couldn't do. I'm not sure what's the issue besides the fact that I know what I want and as a PAYING customer I'm going to get what I'm asking and paying for which both are reasonable requests! As a licensed cosmetologist I know the difference between convenience and care and I refuse to be rushed, mishandled and disregarded because I'm specific to how I want MY NAILS to be cared for. Is this discrimination or is this just total disrespect idk but what I do know is after I did MY OWN nails(removed the polish) I announced my exit and have decided not to patronize this place. It's really sad but the truth is it's no matter the nationality, folks will try it and get upset when you stand your ground! read more

The prices are deceiving! I have been using their salon for over 2 years, get the same services, but depending who checks me out the prices are different. I stopped coming because I knew I was being overcharged so today I went back. I took picture of price list and got a regular pedicure as usual. The price list only has amount for deluxe pedicure which I never get. I was asked if I wanted one and I declined as usual. Upon checkout, I was quoted 40. I asked the price of regular pedicure and the guy tried to convince me that is the price! I paid but never going back!!! read more

I was dissatisfied with my nails. I got tips and dip and the level of professionalism was just bit there. I asked for my nails to be shaped as a square with round edges and I got flare. They were clumpy around the edges. They aren't evenly smooth. And they didn't offer me to wash my hands after or any of the stuff you usually get at nail salons. They level of professionalism isn't there. They do stay open later which is why I came. read more

The team always does a great job. Even if we've been away for awhile, they remember us. They do a wonderful job with my daughter who is extremely shy! We are always satisfied with the services and the price is very reasonable compared to other places in the area. I recommend the deluxe pedicure. The time they take with the sugar scrub and hot stone massage is well worth the extra $10!!! read more

As a single mom, free time is hard to come by. I came here hoping to treat myself on my birthday to a pedicure and a fill-in and was highly disappointed. I got there at 5 pm and was immediately seated for my pedicure. I got the deluxe pedicure and by the time it was done, it was 6:10 PM. Their salon closed at 7. They told me they would not do my nails and I should come back tomorrow. They agreed to seat me for part of the service I requested and refused to fulfill the other part of the service. I would never have agreed to spend my money or time there if I would have to complete a pedicure and fill-in in two trips. Their level of professionalism was lacking. The technician stared at me blankly. No apologies, no nothing. They also did not offer a place for my to dry my pedicure after refusing to do my nails. Where I come from, once they've agreed to provide you a service, they'll take you and not boot you out when they feel like it. The pedicure was $60 (included regular polish, hot stone, a scrub and a wax) . So overpriced! Staff was very unprofessional. Do not recommend. Please spend your money where people value your time and appreciate your patronage. read more

Business is good and they are expanding to offer services in entire strip mall. Prices are reasonable, less than most competitors. Lots of bonus courtesies and special treatment. Work is consistently high quality. There is special area for little girls' princess parties. Flatscreen Tvs with movies make the time fly by. I routinely get mani-pedi-brows. read more

Terrible customer service. Waited about 30 minutes, then was called back for a pedicure. No one said a word about where to sit, so I took a chair. A group came in for a birthday party. No one explained that the party group would be done before us. They then added water to start soaking. We waited another 45 minutes, when we thought it would be our turn, they went to do the party group. No explanation given. Feet were water logged. We left with no apology from staff. we just moved to the area and were looking for a new nail salon, and we loved Lisa's. they did a really good job and made sure to push back cuticles and get the dead skin off. they are a little pricey but fair. the ladies that took care of us were very friendly and took the time to explain the difference of nails and the pricing. we will be continuing to go to Lisa's as long as we live in the area read more

This place is the only place I've been to in the area and it's fantastic! The service is good, the people are friendly and the prices and fair. However, recently I've been going and they have a new guy names Vance or Van. He's very friendly and does a pretty okay job at pedicures, but he is not very good at refills. Within 2-3 days, I'm already missing a nail when he does it. Not only that, but when he waded my eyebrows when every thing is finished, he always mentions how I should give him a tip. Demanding for one almost. It's off putting and not okay. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt because he's new, but he really need practice. Ask for Maya, she's the best! read more

When I went by visit was very friendly and good customer service. but when I went to go shop for shoes. I noticed my polish was peeling off. I went back and he did it over it but one week later my other finger started peeling off. Was it me or the bad quality polish. But overall good service. read more
