Here is a list of things I loved about the service. 1: The owner comes in and does an estimate while being extremely professional and friendly. She listens and takes notes. Very important! 2: The staff communication was actually great and they followed direction well. 3: They worked very fast and efficiently. 4: I was amazed at how thorough they were getting underneath and behind things. 5: Now this is important to me as I am myself in a Customerservice industry. They had great attitudes and very very Pleasent to work with. Always smiling and being polite whenever I needed to speak to them or ask a question. If they can't answer they call the owner who immediately takes care of whatever it is. I highly recommend this business If these five things are as important to you as they are to me. Do not use Lisa's Super maids if you are looking for the following... someone to clean your house who is thorough, moves the light furniture, cleans behind the doors, removes the dirt from the countertops, and has competitive pricing for the quality of their work, then consider using another company. Lisa's Super Maids is exactly the opposite. I will never use this company again. After calling to voice my concern about the poor service, the owner never called to apologize about the poor service, offer a small refund or complementary service. This cleaning team of two were in my home for 5-hours and after they left, I was cleaning the counter tops in the laundry room. The service is great. They initially show up and do a home inspection for you so as to provide a quote for cleaning. You can get the general run of the mill cleaning or the spring cleaning services. The prices are fair and the cleaning crews actually shows up when they say they will. I come home to a home that is clean and smells non chemical as they are courteous enough to leave the windows open for airing out purposes. I would highly recommend them. read more

We thought we'd support a small local business, so we called Lisa's Super Maids. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up regarding what day the crew would come for our cleaning ... and so we were rousted out of bed early in the morning the day before we thought that they would come. But, we made the best of it. However, during the cleaning we were alarmed to happen to see one of the ladies had climbed fully up and onto the granite kitchen counter; we're lucky it didn't crack (we were warned by the installer never to stand on it like that)! We were similarly alarmed to happen to notice a bottle of bleach placed carelessly on the hallway carpet. Regrettably, we weren't as lucky with this item, and there is now a big bleach stain on our wall-to-wall dark brown hallway carpet. When I inquired with Lisa about what would be involved with filing a damage claim for this, she said 'she had no idea' and 'had never had to file a damage claim with her insurance before', and 'why don't I investigate it myself and let her know'. Putting a problem back on the customer like that is classic poor customer service. The cleaning service itself, minus the damage, was OK, but not super (pun intended). So, we do not recommend Lisa's Super Maids. We are now with another service company (Merry Maids) -- they're very professional, have English-speaking crew members who you can communicate directly with, and also they do a MUCH better and detail-oriented job. read more
