She was nice enough and gets 2 stars because she came when I asked her to and did our move out clean during an evening. She refused to give me a quote before coming over even though she knew all the details (sq ft. , # beds/bath). Had to arrange with my tenant for her to go give a quote. Had three other quotes for $150-200. She called me and said it was really bad and would be $550. She finished the job in about 3 hours. Pretty good hourly pay! These are pictures of a swiffer mop in just the kitchen area. Also a pic of the vacuum of just one of two bedrooms. AFTER I paid her way too much to do the cleaning. I messaged her to ask if she could go back the next day to clean out the cupboards she missed and to vacuum and mop. She never responded. She was nice but I don't know if she could be considered a professional. Edited: 1 star. She is unkind and name-calling. I don't live in NY. My tenants moved in the day after she cleaned and sent me the photos. It is true that my place was left in disrepair but she did not deliver a clean home nor did she stand by her work or even message me back when I messaged her about the issues the very next day. I 100% will not recommend her. I hired her to do a moving out cleaning job because she was readily available and was willing to clean the outside windows at eye level. She charged me for $400 for the job. The communication was bad. She started the job earlier, would work on it in different days, finished the job sooner than I'd like as I had wanted the renovation to be done before the cleaning. When she finished, I took a look and it seem fine because I trusted her. After she left, I found many spots were not clean. The window blinds were dusty. The oven was barely touched. The kitchen was still greasy. I texted her to return. But she refused and asked me to stop bothering her even though I told her that I would leave her a good comment on Yelp. Also, don't hire her husband as a Handyman to do any work. Not only he was equally irresponsible, never finished the job after demanding me to pay him before the work was done (my fault and big lesson learned), he was flirtatious almost the whole time! read more

She came a couple hours later looked at what needed to be done, quoted my an average price and said she could come the next morning. It looks fabulous!!!! Consumer be aware!!! Erika does not treat customer right and is a very dishonest person! She came by and gave a quote and I accepted. Due to the time limit, I gave her 3 units. She asked for $50 deposit and insisted me to send her the money right away. She finished the first unit and asked for money right away. I was wondering why she is super insecured about the payment. At 9:00pm in the evening, she texted me and asked for 10% more money than what she quoted me to do the job for tomorrow. I was very shocked by the short notice. When I called her back, she did not have the guts to pick up the phone. Then, she proceeded call me "ship" (supposed to be cheap) and accusing me of exploiting others. Erika agreed $650 and later wanted more than $700. Who would do something like that at 9:00pm to customers? If Erika thought she got exploited by customers, then she should never accepted the job of the first unit. We would be okay and find someone else to do the job. But instead, Erika took the partial job and then came back to bite the customer. Erika is running a company that does not respect customers and is very deceiving. We are super upset about Erika! Erika did a move in cleaning for us and it wasn't great. I asked her to clean the inside of all of the empty cabinets and refrigerator and it was not done. I had to re clean everything.
