Quality of work was subpar. Rosa was really nice but did not deliver what she promised. Needed a deep cleaning of countertops, shower and tub...no furniture, blinds window treatments, toilets or appliances. She said she could bring it back to new condition. Was definitely not deep cleaning but was promised and paid for a deep cleaning. I raised my concerns with Rosa but was told, sorry bye. Be careful shop around, I did not. I've been going back and forth for a few weeks now regarding whether or not I'd leave a review. Rosa and her colleagues were hired to do a deep clean of our new home. She ensured that the home would be spotless and we'd have full confidence of their work. On the surface, things looked relatively OK, but with the days going by things became apparent that not everything that was promised was cleaned. For example our refrigerator, the top of the appliance was NOT touched at all (picture is attached). Other areas such as the inside of the fridge still had food build-up and the bathrooms had a ton of dust built-up as well. Frankly, we were disappointed as we had to go in and do a ton of work to "finish off" the job we were promised. It seemed as if they did a very minor surface clean, not the deep clean they were hired for and we were promised. We're incredibly disappointed in the clean, wish there was more precision in their work as they offer limited services (NO garage, wall, or door cleaning). I did want to add their costs are relatively high and unreasonable, which should be taken into account- considering the amount of work they left behind for us to take care of. read more

I call Rosa on Thursday and asked if she could quote and clean my house on Saturday. Being in the process of moving, I forgot to set this up early. She was at my house within an hour, provided a reasonable quote, and committed a team to come on Saturday. She knew my goal was to prep this home to put on the market, so her team cleaned from top to bottom. We bought our house brand new, and her team made the home look almost as clean as the day we walked in. They really did a great job and I know any prospective buyers will please with the condition of our home, and a lot of that is credit to Rosa. read more

I told her I'd be cleaning everything in advance of the deep cleaning and she told me not to--save your time because we're going to be cleaning it anyway! I felt badly because she had very little light to work with (old house with few overhead lights) but it didn't seem to have held her back. I had previously written a review but took it down as a show of good faith since Rosa had promised to come back and remedy the situation. Since I haven't heard anything, the only power I have is to write this review again. NOTE: this isn't about the 2 lovely ladies who tried their best. This is about promise of services, cost, and no accountability. A good business wants to do the best job. It is clear my experience was more about money than quality. When I met Rosa I felt like we bonded: she was very nice, friendly, and funny. I actually thought "this is a great start!". She estimated 900$ to DEEP CLEAN my 3400 square foot home. Not a basic clean. It was a birthday present to myself so I agreed. Next time I know to sign a contract and agree to details in advance... She informed me there would be a group of people arriving at 7am to do a DEEP CLEAN. 7am turned into 9am turned into 10am, which turned into 10:45am before they even started. ONLY two women showed up which was fewer than promised. Part of the delay was after their arrival around 10:30 my generous instinct was to give everyone coffee as well as the opportunity to take some clothes I was giving away (Rosa asked on behalf of the workers and they took 2 big bags I was donating to Goodwill)...I didn't mind that at all, I was just hoping that my kindness would be reciprocated. I payed the FULL AMOUNT and a 40$ TIP IN ADVANCE (Later, we also gave the workers cookies my daughter made AND an additional tip of 20$ each so in the end, the total price=$960). AND Rosa NEVER RETURNED TO SEE THE JOB QUALITY. They worked hard for the 7.5 hours they worked. But many things were missed and I documented it in pictures: basic dusting. Basic sweeping under a bed. Crumbs on a counter behind a toaster oven. A whole bathroom and bedroom was only partially done (my youngest daughter was sad to see her room half done). This is all well-documented in photos which I sent to Rosa. This was not a deep clean. It was barely a good regular clean. AND, if you calculate what the workers are ACTUALLY PAID (an average of 15$/hour) that comes out to 225$. That means that ROSA, who did none of the cleaning labor, profited $675 from this job alone. Imagine!! She claims this price is standard and she did nothing wrong. But if you hire a service do you want the bulk of the money to go to the workers or the business owner? I know business owners need their cut for overhead, insurance, etc. but this level of profit and lack of accountability is NOT a good way to run a business. Rosa also promised to return to fix the problems (I had sent SO many photos, it was hard for her not to admit the job was not completed properly). But my last text a week ago has gone unanswered. My advice is to make sure you ask for exactly what you want, get the price quoted in detail, and write down/document everything. read more

Lucy cleaning services visited our house before committing to the job. She said the house is big so she will charge custom price. We decided to give it a shot.First time cleaning was good. I honestly do not know how this company stays in business. They scratched my BRAND NEW FLOORS and when I confront them about it they said that it was already there. I then asked to contact their insurance about it and they said they would get back to me. Never heard back from them and they wont return my calls. They also left a lot of residue on my floors and when I walk on them I can see footprints. The toothpaste was missed on my bathroom cabinet fronts. When they dusted they just used a duster the first time. Then why am I paying additional money for the initial cleaning? Sub-par cleaning, sub-par service. DO NOT HIRE!!!!! We just got scammed... Hired these folks for a Deep Clean of our house. For just under $1,000 was promised a team of 4 people, but instead owner shows up with only 2 people and asks for check made out to her personally (don't want to pay taxes, eh?). Then asks to go through our donation bags to Goodwill and helps herself to multiple items. (Note: this was our first time hiring this company) Did NOT deliver services as promised. Overcharged tenfold. Just out for a money grab - pocketed hundreds of dollars tax free while I'm sure she paid her workers (who did a good job but were understaffed) minimum wage at best. In October 2017, I needed a rental property cleaned pretty quickly to be ready for showing. I am in a different city than the rental property and wasn't able to get there the day Rosa's workers cleaned. So unfortunately, I wasn't able to inspect her workers' work. Based on my conversations with Rosa and the Yelp reviews, I trusted that her folks would do a good job. In hindsight, I shouldn't have done that. Pros- I called Rosa and she got back to me and was also able to check out the house and provide an estimate really quickly. I appreciated that. Also, Rosa told me they don't usually clean garages but, she was willing to have her workers sweep the garage which I appreciated. Because of this, I included extra money to compensate for them sweeping the garage. Cons- The workers didn't do a thorough cleaning. The earliest I could get to the house was a couple of days after it was cleaned and I was quite disappointed. In the kitchen, the cob webs weren't removed from the walls and corners. The window above the sink wasn't cleaned completely. They just cleaned the middle and skipped the corners. Lastly, the stove wasn't cleaned well. The stove racks still had stuff on them. I texted Rosa and let her know about this. She offered to come by and fix it but at that point, it was too late. So, she just said "OK, thanks". It would have been nice to at least get an apology for the sloppy work. Overall, I would say the service was just OK- not great. The other areas of the house were cleaned OK. But, the kitchen is one of the most important areas of a house. As nice as Rosa was, I wouldn't use her service again. I paid too much money for the house not to be cleaned thoroughly. read more

I had really high hopes based on the three dozen 5 star yelp reviews, but after my experience I am wondering if the reviews may be fake.  I really enjoyed the owner, Rosa, who came out to give me my free estimate.  She gave me a price for the "deep cleaning" that I needed as we just recently purchased this home and I was not able to do "deep cleaning" myself before we moved in. I had my deep cleaning this morning and the only deep thing that happened was deep disappointment on my part.  The photos will show just a couple of examples of things that were totally not acceptable.  My kitchen table still had dried on spaghetti sauce from dinner last night and there was a pasta noodle on the floor next to the base of the table, there was still dried milk on the granite counter, actual food pieces were still in my kitchen sink drain and strainer, dust/dirt that easily came up on my finger from baseboards (baseboards, inside of windows, window sills, and cabinets were specifically mentioned in the list of things covered in deep cleaning).  When I pointed out a window and asked if it would be cleaned I was told it already was, so I assumed the dirt I was seeing was on the outside.  Later, I noticed actual spider webs on that windowsill (and plenty of dirt there as well).  The stove (admittedly quite awful) was still bad and I asked about it and they said that was as good as they could get it, but I took a baby wipe and was able to easily wipe up more of the filth myself.  The list goes on and on.  If I had paid for a regular cleaning and my house was that clean after, I would have been satisfied, and this might have been a glowing review.  But to pay a flat rate of $250 for a deep cleaning, and to have two women work for 2.5 hours and leave, left me feeling taken advantage of instead of satisfied.  I gave two starts instead of one because I do feel like the owner was responsive when I called to complain.  She said she would send them back out tomorrow, and I appreciate that she wanted to make it right.  But it is too little, too late.  It is so far from clean, and I am not interested in walking around and showing the dozens of things that aren't even close to clean.  Some things I cleaned myself already as you can see from the photos taken after they left, and then again after I cleaned it myself.  I decided to pass on their offer to make it right, since I actually feel like I was bamboozled.  In case you are thinking that the house was totally awful, or I must have unreasonably high expectations or standards, I assure you that was not the case.  You can see from photos how easily I was able to clean things that were left behind.  And again, keep in mind this was a "deep cleaning" not a standard cleaning.  Their before and after photos show much filthier things being cleaned better than they cleaned my house. I don't understand. I really thought everyone was nice, and so I feel bad writing a disparaging review, but I also want to save someone else from spending so much money to have a half-cleaned house.  Perhaps if you just go with a regular cleaning you wont be disappointed, but the "deep clean" only serves to deep clean your pockets, not your house. read more
