You are greeted at the door with a warning about a "buy here smoke here" for use of the lounge. With that said, you don't get a warm welcome and the selection of cigars is OK. You can find Padron and My Father brands among other top line cigars. The pricing is decent so whoever has abused the policy should just be banned from the premises. There is a full bar. The smoke elimination system doesn't function well enough to handle anything beyond 5 smokers.

It's a part of the process I have enjoyed for years. This shop quite simply does not provide that. I would say I'm usually approached in under a minute if I'm standing there looking a bit confused. They always seem to be well staffed and the staff is knowledgeable about various wines, liquors, etc. If the person helping you doesn't know something, they find someone who does. The store is always clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They're usually well stocked (at least for items we're looking for).
