I took my family to Napoli Bros for my mother's birthday dinner. Perfect place for a date night or night out with friends or family. I had been a few times in the past but it was my family's first time. I don't drink alcohol and they have a great mocktail section! I got the NOPE-rol Spritz, it was delicious! My family and I split the white truffle fries and ciabatta as appetizers and they all got pasta dishes that they loved. I got a pizza (the Arugula) and unfortunately I feel as though I ordered wrong (which was my own fault), I didn't really care for it. When you took a bite it was like all the toppings fell off on the first bite. I think they cut the pizza before putting the toppings on which just made it harder to eat. I think the best part of the night was the service. We had Grace as our waitress (she was training another girl, but unfortunately I don't remember her name). They did a fabulous job - Grace did a wonderful job training her! It felt like we were at one of the more elevated Napoli's like Napoli III. They were so attentive and gave us great suggestions. If you have been to other Napoli locations, some things will feel familiar and some things will be new. The food will be very familiar from the perspective that everything we had was excellent. We started with calamari, and to our surprise there were also a small group of onion straws on the plate. It was served with 2 sauces (one marinara and one aioli - both were excellent). Don't skip the fried lemons, they are an added treat. We then moved on to the Napoli salad, it is as described on the menu...crisp, and appropriately dressed. Then we had the special pizza of the evening, it was a black garlic base (not strong) with mushrooms and burrata on top - delicious. We also happen to be sitting next to the area with the pizza oven - a must see if you are there. We did sit inside, but outdoor seating was available. What might not be so familiar, but I thought was great, was a more casual atmosphere, and decor, I would classify is as upscale casual. Our server was very pleasant, the only thing that surprised me was the time in between courses seemed a bit longer than expected, but that gave my friends and I a chance to catch up. The manager was nice though so shout out to him! The food was alright! The highlight was honestly the White Truffle Fries - big portion and piping hot! The Rigatoni Genovese pasta my husband ordered was salty and was difficult to eat so that ended just being leftovers for us to eat with bread at home. The Grilled Caesr salad was not great! The charred romaine lettuce released a very bitter flavor that was not complimented by the dressing and I typically like bitter foods (ampalaya, anyone?) and the leaves ended up being tough to chew. I hope they revisit this one because I like the IDEA but something needs to be switched up here. I ordered also the Napoli Bros pizza and found the meat combo (sausage, bacon, and pepperoni) to be too salty! But the marinara was SO GOOD and I wish I asked for it on the side. It was a decent experience with fine service. It could have been an off lunch day! I think if they rolled out a lunch menu with smaller portions, I'd come back. I seriously can't recommend this place more. Clean, friendly service, and DELICIOUS. Coal fire stove imported from Italy. We started with the White Truffle Fries that come with a ~generous~ helping of siracha aioli. SO GOOD. I went with a large group for lunch and we had a good experience. Customer service is great. The atmosphere is beautiful and clean. There are even tablecloths on the table. The food is amazing quality with exceptional presentation. They should teach a class on how to run a restaurant. I deducted one star because some of the workers were kind of robotic. We decided to try Napoli Brothers Pizza and Pasta after hearing good things from friends. We went mid-afternoon and overall had a solid experience. The arancini was delicious--crispy and flavorful--and definitely a standout. We also ordered a Napoli salad and a wedge salad, both of which were very large. I enjoyed the wedge, while my husband felt the Napoli salad wasn't something he'd order again. The rosemary ciabatta bread with garlic butter was excellent and one of the highlights of the meal. My daughter had the chicken wings, which she liked. We shared a margherita pizza, which was unfortunately the weakest part of the meal--pretty bland overall, and parts of the crust were burnt. The dining room is spacious and dimly lit, creating a nice ambiance that would work well for a date night. I also had an espresso martini, which was good and well made. Overall, there were some strong items and a pleasant atmosphere, though the pizza itself didn't quite live up to expectations. This was a perfect spot for a girls night! I started my meal with the cheese arancini and the lemon meringue pie cocktail. These were both phenomenal and would be items I would get again the next time I am in! My husband and I decided to knock a new to us restaurant off our list and Napoli Bros did not disappoint! We went on a late Friday afternoon and was seated right away. The restaurant was aesthetically pleasing and our waitress was very nice and helpful. She provided excellent service throughout our time there. We started with the Cheese arancini for an appetizer. They were crispy on the outside, cheesy on the inside and the sauce paired with it brought it all together for a delicious treat. After listening to the specials they had, we ordered 2 dishes to share. We tried the shrimp scampi pizza, which was really good. It comes with a caper aioli but I'm not a fan of capers so we got the sauce on the side. My husband really liked the caper aioli though. I asked for a side of balsamic glaze and I really enjoyed that pairing with the pizza. The other dish we ordered was the seafood pasta feature. It was shrimp, lobster, oysters, and mushrooms in a garlic cream sauce with linguine. That was my absolute favorite dish and I wish it was a part of their every day menu because I probably would order that every time. The shrimp were huge and the amount of seafood given was impressive. I loved the fact that it was saucy because many times when ordering pasta dishes, they can come out dry. The pizzas are cooked in a wood fire oven in the corner of the restaurant. Come to the table fresh and hot. I had the arugula and white, great flavor. The crust was thin and crisp. All boxes I like to check off with pizza. Those that opted for the Napoli Bros said it was delicious. Dessert. When asking an employee which dessert was the one to get, bread pudding was out of his mouth so fast that our heads almost spun around. He did break it down for us and in the end it was the most healthy dessert on the menu - beans, fruit. I was not disappointed in following his suggestion. The others went with the tiramisu, the bread pudding won hands down. Our waitress, Sophie, was amazing. I settled on the Lemon-Drop Martini, made with Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka. So-o-o good. My appetizer, Toasted Ravioli, was perfectly fried. The winner was the homemade marinara dipping sauce. My entree, Margherita Pizza, was very good. The thin cauliflower crust had a good chew; the homemade marinara was the ideal base for the fresh mozzarella and basil. My dessert, the No Flour Chocolate Cake was the perfect size slice and delicious. All in all, I had an enjoyable night. My server, Lexi, was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. I enjoyed watching the staff move about professionally performing their duties with smiles on their faces. If I had to make a note, it's about the closeness of the tables, nearly shoulder to shoulder, making it difficult to have private conversations in the loud dining space. A few years ago, my wife and I celebrated an anniversary at Napoli III in St. Charles and had an amazing meal. So, I thought I would treat her to another Napoli anniversary experience--this time at Napoli Bros in Chesterfield. This location seems a little more casual than N3, but it's still a nice, upscale Italian restaurant. The menu has some similar items to N3, and when I told my wife where we were going, she said we had to get the cheese arancini appetizer. We did, and they were on point. Then we decided on two pastas to share: agnolotti and the Napoli classic tagliatelle bolognese. Both were delicious, but the agnolotti stood out with a unique and amazing sauce of brown butter, sage, and what I believe was sherry wine. The pasta was filled with braised beef and topped with crispy prosciutto. Mamma Mia! As we enjoyed our meal, we were entertained by watching the pizza chefs at work in the wood-fired oven area. They were busy making a lot of amazing looking pizzas. If only I were a bigger eater, I would have ordered a pizza to go with our pastas. Maybe next time. We did have room for dessert, though. There's always room for dessert on an anniversary, right? We enjoyed a delicious tiramisu that was prepared and presented to perfection. Writing this as someone who has been to Italy, specifically Napes and got to try the authentic pizza there. Going to Napoli, is as close as we have found in St. Louis to the real deal. Napolitan pizza the difference is it's cooked at a much higher temperature, roughly 800 degrees. So I had to try the margarita pizza and it was very good, I ate all but one slice myself! We also had the tortellini, which was very good as well. Our wine went very well with the dishes, like I said we were feeling like Italy again. While we could feel the hot pizza oven, for a 90+ degree day outside in Missouri the restaurant was still comfortablely air conditioned. Thank you to the restaurant for that! They initially said a 1-hour wait but we were able to get a patio seating in about 20 minutes. For the food, they have such a large variety of pizzas, pastas, etc, to order from. We ordered the Napoli Bros pizza and the Bolognese pasta. When it came to the pizza, it was pretty good. Was wood-fired, had caramelized onions underneath that added a slight sweetness to the pizza. Would rate it 8.3/10. The Bolognese was good as well, my partner said it was "alright". They have lots of other pastas so you shouldnt be worried. All in all, I would come back if I need a good place to take my family for a meal. They have some patio seating which was great during the nice summer day that we went but also a nice interior with a full service bar. The was the first time that my wife and I had been to Napoli Bros in the valley. We always go to Napoli 3 in St. Charles and love it. This Napoli has a different atmosphere and a little different menut too. We sat at the bar, as we do a lot and had a very good conversation with the bartender. We ordered drinks and food. The Calamari Fritti is alway good with excellent dipping sauces. We shared a wedge salad and a totellini pasta. Both were excellent and the right amount of food for both of us. We were going to a concert at the Factory. So, this is a great place in walking distance to have drinks and/or food before the show. I was greeted by literally every staff member with a smile and a welcoming word being the first of our group to arrive. The ambiance is casual elegance. You're gonna eat pizza with a linen napkin! Wood fired and the best pizza I have ever eaten! Herb butter topped with roasted artichokes, buffalo mozzarella, and squash topped with a honey of some magical sort. Sounds weird right? Love this place! The Napoli group continues to be one of our favorite restaurant groups in St. Louis--and for good reason. From refining the pizza crust to adjusting the menu based on what guests love, they clearly listen and know what they're doing. We usually sit at the bar, and the service is always top-notch. The price was quite a bit higher than what I normally spend at my favorite pizza spots (especially given the size), but after reading so many glowing reviews, I was excited to try what I hoped would be some of the best pizza I'd ever had. The mushroom pizza sounded absolutely delicious in the description, so that was my wife's pick, while I chose the signature Napoli Bros. The pizzas came out quickly, piping hot, and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the mushroom pizza was a huge disappointment. It looked amazing, but it was almost completely flavorless--definitely in need of salt, seasoning, or something to bring it to life. We each tried a slice and didn't even feel compelled to save the rest. The Napoli Bros. was better, with a good red sauce and toppings, and I thought the crust was good and crispy with a little chew. Not as much flavor with the crust as some places. In the end, we spent $60 on two small pizzas, one of which went straight into the trash. Perhaps my expectations were too high, or maybe carryout just doesn't do their pizza justice. Either way, I wouldn't return for the pizza. I don't like leaving less-than-stellar reviews, but I think it's worth tempering expectations. read more

Our first experience here was over the top fantastic. The inviting patio grabbed our attention before we even realized we were ready for dinner. Quickly after we sat down, we were approached by our waiter- and genuinely it could not have been a friendlier interaction. Our server, Marlon/Wilfredo, is out of this world at his job! He made us 1st timers feel like we were an every week regular, and that we were experiencing someone's home cooking. We will ask for him time & time again. The food- DELICIOUS. My partner and I split a Caesar salad (10/10), before our main courses.... She got the dinner special which was a 10oz filet with grilled asparagus, while I got the Tutti de Mare. We started with the Cheese Arancini that comes with a vodka sauce. It was so good! I could make a meal from just that! We then split the Wedge Salad - it comes with egg in it and I asked for no egg. The rest of the ingredients were good and we liked the creamy Italian dressing. I forgot to take a pic. For our entree , we shared The Napoli Bros pizza. We only ate half of it and brought the rest home. We were already a little full! My husband really liked the pizza. Me - not so much. It's wood fired pizza and to me the crust on those is always what I refer to as burned. I like pizza crust, but I won't eat that. Most, if not all, of the pepperoni was a little burned. It was also incredibly salty to me. I was in the mood for pasta when we left the house and I should have gotten that. Absolutely dig this place! For starters it's located in a great area, right in Chesterfield Valley and is a must stop if you're waiting to catch a concert at The Factory. Crispy and delicious with an excellent vodka sauce. The pizzas looked amazing but regrettably they were not. We had a margherita and an arugula. Firstly, the crust was just not good. I am used to a thin slightly chewy crust but this was thick and hard. It reminded me of a pre baked crust though I don't believe that it was. Prosciutto and arugula are my favorite toppings but something was amiss here. The prosciutto seemed was too thickly sliced, and the arugula perhaps overly dressed in oil and vinegar. Definitely will be back. The service is friendly and helpful when choosing our food. I had gnocchi in a red sauce. It was like eating little pillows! We had a birthday dinner at this establishment. Now, I love all the Napoli restaurants. The waiter was very attentive and knew the menu. I started with an espresso martini. It was tasty, but not a fan of the coffee beans floating in the glass. Of course we had to order a pizza. Since it is baked in a very specific type of brick oven all the pizzas had a char on the bottom. It was on the verge of being too much. I will say if you go for the pepperoni be prepared for each piece to be charred. I think that's just what happens with how they cook the pizza.
