We came ill prepared. I would highly recommend bring chairs or some blankets with your own fm radio. They rent radios but they're not great. It definitely helped us though! I had a hotdog with some house made chips and it was definitely more than I expected! So good, especially for a movie theater grill! We were also able to get a deal where our ticket included a free popcorn, which was a really nice touch. Service was friendly and efficient. The energy was vibrant and we really enjoyed getting to watch the game here. The views from the roof were stellar and we could hear some of the cheering at the street level. We rented a Nerf laser tag party w/ concierge for 16 kids. Our group was 35 kids but we had an…read moreunderstanding with the vendor they would simply have the kids be in teams and take turns. We had other passive games for the kids to play while they waited. Things that were great: 1. The online ordering process - great website and super easy to navigate. 2. How quick they would respond - I was very impressed at how quickly they replied to my emails! 3. Politeness of concierge - the hosts of our Nerf laser tag party were very respectful and took care of setup/teardown amazingly! Things that were disappointing: 1. Excellence of staff - when I was finalizing the order of the sale via email with the representative, I felt like they did not care about me as the customer. There was a promotion on their website to get a free upgrade I had to mention, even though they suggested a specific upgrade they would have charged me for that was a part of that promotion. Secondly, the concierge team very much felt like two college guys who did this for some extra cash who did not care how our time went. I had to step in as the game leader because they were incompetent at corralling the kids or explaining a game (and this was after a couple of haphazard "games" where I could tell our kids were confused). I kind of wish I didn't have a concierge so I would've been mentally prepared to lead the games instead, though them taking care of all setup/teardown logistics was SOOOO NICE. There was just a gap in excellence in this area. 2. Unexpected charges - their prices do not include taxes, delivery fees, or a "in case of damage fee," which made the price go up pretty significantly. If we did another laser tag party, I will probably look at my other options first.

Come to my surprise when I got there Auditorium 3's lights were off and the Michael movie was playing. Thankfully, staff got it resolved and informed me of the correct auditorium. Not the biggest inconvenience when it's a slow day, but if this was on a crowded night, it would be irritating to deal with. Regardless, I'll always come back to this theater for the overall more good than bad experiences I've had, and in hindsight, it's better than the AMC in Arlington Parks Mall.
