My car broke down after attending a funeral at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Long Beach. We called our insurance company and they set us up with Lito's Towing. I have used this company once a few years back. Didn't have a problem that time. The tow truck guy called my husband and gave us an ETA of 1 hour because he was coming from Whittier. We waited for over an hour. We called the tow truck guy MANY TIMES & he never picked up his phone. I called a different number, no answer. We called our insurance company & they couldn't get a hold of the guy. If you can't make it, at least give us a courtesy call that you can't make it & call insurance to get another tow truck! State Farm set me up with Litos towing and I ended up waiting for Litos towing to tow my car. I waited for about 4 hours 7 pm - 11:30 pm for them not to show up . Lito reported that my car was towed and the service was completed to State Farm which was false, they never showed . I had to go out of my way to find a different towing company not associated with my insurance to tow my car less than 3 miles away from my home. Please communicate with your clients if you are unable to complete a service so we are able to contact different companies through insurance immediately. read more

I called and he keep saying I'm 29 minutes away. Then we he arrived he blocked the business I was at driveway and was very rude and inconsiderate. When I questioned him about lying about the arrival time time he said I should know how to change a tire. Wow that's why we called on star. If I was able to give a higher-star rating to David, then I would!!!!! Exceptional and incredible customer service and his professionalism, communication skills (interpersonal as well) were at its best and its finest. He warned me about possible heavy traffic -- I totally forgot it was Memorial Day weekend, many places were closed -- He arrived sooner than I had expected and with a kind and caring energy, an excellent listener too!!!! To make a long story short, the back tire went flat on the freeway, had to maneuver from far left lane and drive to the nearest exit ramp, and find a safe place to park without ruining the wheel. It was stressful for me and I wasn't familiar with the area. To my surprise, I didn't know there was a spare tire in the trunk. David went out of his way to switch out the tires, ever so quickly, and effortlessly. I truly appreciate his service and his skills to get the job done. I didn't end up having to go to the mechanic shop, he saved me time and money. Also, he mapped out how to take the main roads and not the freeway. Terrible customer service. Was arranged via my insurance company for pick up after an accident. Called Lito's after I waited the 2 hour estimated time. Lady was rude and said she did not have my dispatch info and "if she did, she would know what I was calling about." After I called my insurance company, again, Lito's called me back within 2 minutes from an unidentified phone number to tell me that they can't tow my vehicle because the tow location was closed and that their yard was full. Rudest tow guy I've ever spoken to. Told me it would be a few hours because he was currently towing a hot rod (I guess he likes hot rods). Argued with me about whether the dealership would be open to accept me and if the car could be dropped off at all. Told me I'd have to follow him in an Uber "like everybody else does."-- he wouldn't let me ride with him. When I questioned this he hung up on me. I have free towing through my car insurance. The car would not start and I called for towing, and "Yankee" (that's what he said was his name) from Lito's came. He arrived 10 minutes before the estimated arrival time, and it took him less than four minutes to get my car started. He tapped the starter to clear some dust out of it and it started right away. I got to drive it to the mechanic instead of getting the car towed. Big relief and I am a very happy camper now. read more
