All impeccable reliable service. It's now a beautiful lacquer Downpour Blue and the drawers are so smooth. His shop is full of gorgeous items and if he doesn't have what you are looking for he will call you if he finds it and paint it to your color. They constantly put signs out of "store closing" maybe it is a sales tactic because the signs disappear periodically. I hope they do permanent close, they don't do right by their clients by any means. I'm so glad I taught them a lesson. Maybe moving forward they will show more respect and appreciation for their customers who are the ones that keep them in business. Well, after going to so many different stores and not being able to find rugs, we searched on Yelp, and this place popped up. By reading the reviews, it was pretty solid and convincing. We walked in last Tuesday morning around 10:45am, and got a very nice, cheerful, pleasant greeting from a lady by the name of Sunita. She was extremely helpful and very kind hearted. Showed us maybe 5 different kind/types of rugs. took our measurements into consideration and we decided to get 2 rugs for our kitchen, and a small one for our living room. It was rugs galore. The colors of the rugs for the kitchen was multi color between beige and off white. It was also very soft. The other one was black & in the middle was like off-black. For both of our rugs, we paid $42.00 and some change, not including tax. For the small rug, it was only 12.99, not including tax. They also had some rugs that were on sale. Actually, the ones that we got were on sale. If you get those rugs that we got from somewhere else, it probably would have cost you a fortune. Service by all their employees was superb and genuine. No frills. They not only have rugs, but also carpets. I noticed some rugs hanging from a rod, and some were placed on the floor, and the rest were rolled up at various sides of the store. They also had rugs that you can put on your walls. There is something for everyone. Store was very clean and pretty big. They have different sizes, styles, colors, shapes, material/fabric for everybody's home, office etc.. and liking. We purchased our rugs and were very content, satisfied and happy NOT only with our purchases, but the impeccable service by everyone. Go give this place a try, and you will NOT be disappointed!! Next time when I need a rug/carpet, I know where to go. Plenty of parking in front of the store. I don't know if they have their own parking or not, and don't know if they have restrooms. We also got a lovely, soft, and colorful rectangular rug for our office. Not only did Sunita help us with the merchandise and ideas, she also gave us excellent suggestions as to what we could do with our current rugs and where we could move them in our new home. We even pulled out the ChatGPT app and superimposed photos to really give us a visual. We've been shopping here for many, many years and have bought many, many rugs from At Home in the Valley.
