I recently finished The 12-Day Real Food Reboot and it was incredible. Not only did I feel energized, amazing, & clean, I also lost 8 pounds. I didn't even need coffee because my energy levels were consistent throughout the entire day. I have struggled with digestive issues for a while now and everyone says that I have to eat clean to combat any digestive issues. It was a struggle for me to eat super clean because I got sick of eating salad all the time and when I thought I was eating healthy, I really wasn't & was still putting things that were too hard for my body to break down. This program helped IMMENSELY with my digestion and now I am considering becoming a vegetarian for good, or at least decreasing my meat intake and increasing my veggie intake, because I have felt so great. I also struggle with insomnia and this reboot even helped with my sleep schedule. Some could argue it is a challenging commitment because of the food shopping & prep but it is only for 12 days! After you stick to it for the first 3 days and get over your cravings, you will forget about it all and trust me, it is well worth it. I never felt starving, hungry, or deprived while on this cleanse- as I have with any other attempted diet. The food is absolutely delicious too. For once, I was actually able to taste the food I was eating instead of random spices and salt. This is no ordinary diet or cleanse, and it is definitely not just about the food you are eating. Jacquie does it with you and is there every step of the way so that if you, at any point at all, have any questions or concerns, she is right there waiting with an answer! She also encourages you to prioritize yourself, your health & your self worth, stressing the importance of some type of individualized meditation everyday. I also learned how to read a label to ensure I continue to shop healthy in the future. She intends for her clients to walk away with "little adapts" to achieve an overall healthier lifestyle, a cleanse that goes beyond the 12 days it was offered and it definitely did for me. I just completed the 12 Day Reboot with Jax and I can't say enough great things about it! Let me start by saying as a mom of four I thought being exhausted, stressed and achy was just part of the job, not to mention overweight and bloated. I signed up because I knew I needed the motivation, accountability, and I was hoping it would help me drop a few pounds. I got those and benefits I wasn't expecting. At the end of just 12 days so many things have changed for the better. I have the most restful sleep and I wake up feeling great. I have more energy physically and mentally throughout the entire day than I've had in a very long time. My 2 o'clock 'daily dip' where I would feel like I could fall asleep standing up has disappeared. Many of my body aches and pains seem to have melted away and I'm no longer taking Advil daily. Not to mention I did drop a few pounds, 6 to be exact, and 5&1/2 inches! The program was really incredible and easy to follow. Jax had everything laid out for what was I had to do, offering delicious and totally satisfying meals and snacks. I never felt hungry. In fact I felt more satisfied, for longer eating Jax's recipes than I had been before when I was sticking to primarily 'diet' food. She added more recipes she was working on as the days went by and at the end of the reboot I hadn't even tried all the recipes I wanted to. So I'm working my way through them. I had been thinking about signing up for a 12 week program with Jax for over a year but I always put it off. I kept thinking that I could eat better, keep up with the latest health and fitness information on my own and loose weight. I was healthy, I was well read, I was informed. I worked with Jacquie for 3 months on the "sweat vow" program because I'm getting married in September. Even though the wedding is a few months out, by working with Jacquie, I was able to make "little adapts" every week that not only furthered my nutrition and fitness goals but also helped me with wedding planning. I did a 12-week program with Jacquie and now have monthly check-ins with her to check in on my continued progress. (I also take her Barre class once a week!) While working with her, I lost 11 lbs and went from working out 3 times a week to 5-6 times a week - and I actually enjoyed it all! Before I went to Jacquie, I had just started a diet and working out. What she really helped me do was to turn it from a short-term diet into a lifestyle change that I've been able to carry forward. I recently finished Jacquie's "12 Day Real Food Reboot" Program and as a bride-to-be I could not be happier with my results! As someone who was a college athlete, still works out consistently 3-6 days a week, and eats healthy-ish I was struggling to figure out what was going to take my body to the next level for my wedding this year. Oww Oww! First to review! Let's face it - I love food! Nothing wrong with this, except if you eat all the wrong things. I was this person until I started working with Jacquie. This was my first time working with a health coach and was very skeptical of what to expect. Would I be forced to give up my fav fatty foods? Live a life on celery and lettuce alone? Not with Little Adapts. From day one, Jacquie wanted to know all your health and dietary history. From here, she created a plan only for me to help me become more conscious of what I ate. Her motto is: "Is it worth it?". Towards the beginning of our sessions, I laughed at this, but by the end and up until today, I find myself asking "Is it worth it". Sometimes - it really isn't (sorry chips and dip). I worked with Little Adapts for several months and was happy with the progress I made. Working with Jacquie has been an absolute pleasure. Going into this, I had no experience with cooking and found myself ordering out a lot (not all the healthiest choices either). I never thought I would learn to be self-sufficient when it comes to preparing homemade meals, but Jacquie makes it as least complicated as possible. From helping you with a prepared grocery shopping list, to detailed recipes; she provides it all. I loved working with Jacquie! She helped me to reach those goals that I always thought about doing, but couldn't really figure out how to get there myself. With two little ones at home and working full time it's not always easy to keep on track with working out and eating healthy. My husband and I just finished the 12 day Reboot, and I have to say that I was unexpectedly surprised. Throughout the program, my energy level was much better, and I felt more alert throughout the day. Jacquie is very knowledgeable about nutrition, provided a varied list of delicious recipes, and always gave helpful hints and encouragement along the way. We are in our 60s, and we grew up thinking dinner meant meat, potato, and vegetable. When planning dinner, I always thought about what meat we would have, and the rest was always secondary. I saw Jacquie's ads through my gym for about a year, then I finally took the leap to meet with her and was immediately blown away by her approach to nutrition + wellness.
